Any chance we can still get those pics? I'm very interested in how it looks compared to the Kane arms. That looks much better.

GoldustThose Harper biceps make a world of difference and basically turn Owens into a perfect figure. Great stuff.

I used Kane's biceps. I think it makes a considerable difference. Still a lil big, but far better than the gorilla arms... How did you seperate the forearms from the biceps?

I softened them in warm water, used a flat head screwdriver to pry them apart, and then I lightly used pliers to reconnect them to the new bicep.

Does the pegs on the elbow slide out fast or does it take a good amount of "elbow grease"?

Does the pegs on the elbow slide out fast or does it take a good amount of "elbow grease"? If they're hard to pull out then you didn't heat the water long enough Boil water in a glass measuring cup or coffee mug in the microwave... Soak body part for about a minute, pull out, take a part. Boil water again... Put it back together.. Rap thick wash cloth around body part, use pliers to apply pressure and pop the peg back into the arm

Does the pegs on the elbow slide out fast or does it take a good amount of "elbow grease"? I've recently started to heat the arms which causes the peg to slide out relatively easy.

It's a bit tight at the elbows but pretty good overall.

Tried to do a swap on my basic and I didn't do a good job. Was trying to practice before I got an Elite. I part I chose was had a bigger peg compared to the one that came with Owens and when trying to put the orginal peg back on it was a "B". I think I will live with mokey arms. Heads and legs are no problems for me to swap. Biceps are another story.

It just takes a lot of trial and error, I felt really uncomfortable doing it the first couple of times, now I'm pretty confident when swapping them.

I finally managed to make the swap myself today, and holy crap is it a big improvement. Hopefully I don't have to do this on the next Elite Owens, but I'm not holding my breath.

Man those Harper arms make a huge difference. Makes that figure 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000 times better. I was hoping they were going to use those for this figure but nope. I wonder why the design choice was to give Owens the biggest arm mold they had? Strangest part choice ever.

The Harper arms look fantastic on him. What sucks is I don't think those come on any other figs. I only have one elite Harper that I don't want to steal from. I know his basic had much bigger arms anyway. Leaving KO stock really isn't an option though, because to me he looks ridiculous as is. Elite Erick Rowan has those biceps as well. I just did the swap yesterday afternoon.
