Don't the writers realize the Ambrose/Jericho feud had its blowoff in the Asylum match? Feuds are supposed to be over after the blowoff and both men move on to other feuds. Its f'n wrestling booking 101.

I hope everyone gets knocked out during the MITB match and the briefcase falls and out comes the Drifter to pick it up and walk out. Weeks of video of him playing guitar on street corners taking money in the open case.
