Just wondering if this is feesible to the point of maybe even qualifying to be a pinned thread
I've no doubt a good chunk of us go to wrestling shows, gigs, football matches, all that good stuff. Since we get the twice annual thread about the WWE UK tour I figured it would be cool to have a place where we could post about any events we're attending, possibly even opening doors to some of us meeting the names behind the faces on here
May as well start... just bought tickets for the last ever Lionheart show in the UK next month in London, tickets for Good Charlotte in Manchester and Birmingham in August, and Moose Blood in Manchester in October

Gutted about Lionheart, they played one of my locals not long ago but I didn't go because I didn't know their music well enough. Moose Blood are decent live but I'm not really that into them, they came with Man Overboard last year.
Recently been to Pete Dohertys solo tour and The Front Bottoms this year, hoping to get to Black Sabbath and Infest in Leeds as well as No Zodiac in Huddersfield.

I saw them in Sheffield last summer Ah yes, a friend was telling me he got Sabbath tickets for January but they were pricey as hell (like £85 to sit in the nosebleeds)

Good idea for a thread. Will keep on eye on making it a sticky.
Live music and events is what I love doing. I've got Glastonbury next week so praying the weather isn't awful...
Noel Gallagher in Swansea in September and The Cure in London in December are my other big ones lined up at the moment. I used to have at least a gig or two lined up every month, but work makes that a little bit trickier now. Still, I get to whatever I can as I love doing it.

Yeah the prices are proper steep but it's worth it just to see them, if you can see them from the nosebleeds that is.

I used to go to Download every year, and with the glorious weather earlier last week I was somewhat sad I wasn't going again. After seeing pictures of tents submerged 3 feet deep in sludge I felt relieved Hopefully the weather goes your way anyway! Just looking at the line-up, I don't think I've ever consciously looked at a Glasto line-up but there's actually some pretty good stuff on it. I'd probably see Muse, Bring Me the Horizon, Explosions in the Sky, Adele, Coldplay, The 1975, Sigur Ros, Gabrielle Aplin, The King Blues

Going to RHCP on the 10th of September. Rather hyped. They seem to have come to life again in 2016, their live shows are insane. Rock Am Ring felt like Slane.

This years Glasto line up is pretty good on the whole but after going last year I'm willing to go every year just for the experience. I thought last years line up looked pretty damn weak and wasn't looking forward to it that much but then when I actually experienced I knew I had to go back again, it really lived up to the hype. Very excited for next week now.

I've barely recovered from Glastonbury, still.
Next gig is in September and is Noel Gallagher who I'm going to see because it's Noel Gallagher and an excuse to take a weekend off work.
I've seen Billy Talent are doing a Cardiff show too in October which I may need to get to. They were my first ever gig, over 10 years ago and also in Cardiff.

Ocean Colour Scene playing 'Moseley Shoals' in full in Moseley Private Park tomorrow and Saturday. It's literally a 10 minute walk from my house, and they're playing the village the album was named after.
