Taken from nodq.com. Thoughts?
For whatever this is worth, Alex Riley, who was released from WWE last month, recently started following TNA President Dixie Carter, as well as other TNA executives such as John Gaburick and Bob Ryder.

Why not? He will probably be in a World Championship feud within a month.

I might not mind if he didn't come off as such a dick.

Why not? He will probably be in a World Championship feud within a month. Then released 3 months later after he vanished for another 3. For the love of god: No One and I Mean No One Go To TNA !!! If you want to be paid on time and not go down with the sinking ship, Don't Go To TNA !!!

The fact that his real name is Kevin Kiley and his work name is Alex Riley is so funny.

TNA needs more talent, so I would be okay with this.
Ever since Kurt Angle left back in February, and then EY and Roode, TNA just seems to be losing a bit of the magic it still had. They need to add some new faces.

Riley is decent enough. WWE held him down so badly that even the craphole that is current TNA is a step up for him. And as much as TNA gets flak for pushing "WWE rejects" over "TNA homegrown talents", the only "TNA homegrown talent" left in TNA is Abyss, who sucks anyway.

I still steadfastly believe that Riley was only kinda over because he had a theme song people liked. I didn't see anything interesting in his return to the ring last year but who knows, maybe he could surprise me with a move to TNA.

Maybe he couldve been something bigger if he wasnt introduced as the Miz's lackey.

I think the guy had potential. Honestly, unless your a die hard follower, I doubt many would even remember who he was initially. I remember seeing him at an NXT event and he was barely recognizable.
I think TNA should be going after different guys, but he wouldn't be their worst signing decision.

Alex Riley would be an amazing fit for TNA. This would be another WWE waste....or should I say John Cena burial?

He wouldn't be my first choice of the WWE releases to go to TNA, but I think he'd be a great addition.
