It'd be fun to see WWE/Mattel continue to make guys in their debut gimmicks/attires...who should they make next? We already got debut attires from HHH, Rock, Austin, and others...
I think a lot have been asking for debut Goldust, any other ideas?

Other than Big Bossman, the Triple H, HBK, and Austin are around the 1996 era. If it continues like this, the debut Goldust would be an excellent choice with the all gold IC belt. Faarooq, Justin Hawk Bradshaw, and Crush might be possible ones since they had figures out already. But for first time in the lineup, Ahmed Johnson, Flash Funk, Hakushi, and Owen Hart would be my choices. I think a black trunk or green trunk attire Razor Ramon would the next though.

A 1994 Diesel with the IC Title and the long puffed up mullet hair he had then, since he was in the middle of growing it out long. Like the 1994 King of the Ring style look he had.
Hell, any Diesel figure would be alright in my eyes.

^ Although not likely at all, a 2015 WWE ring gear Sting is long overdue and would be a nice surprise. I guess whatever way they can get an elite out at this point would work.

I think you nailed it when you said Goldust, now I got a feeling he'll be a part of the line up soon.

My guesses would be Legend Killer Orton or debut Goldust. Or ... they'll do an Ultimate Warrior because always believe and such.

Savio Vega would be cool if they wanted to do someone new from that same era.
Otherwise... Diesel, Sting, or Goldust would all be good choices.
