I wonder if the will change the Raw and Smackdown arenas. Both shows look identical atm except for the ring skirts. They need their own rope colour and entrance stage to stand out. Good lord 100% agree. I didn't even think of that but it certainly needs to happen. I can't wait for the draft, hopefully it will give guys like Dolph, KO, Zayn, Cesaro, Bray, etc... that extra opportunity for the push into the permanent main event picture with less guys in the way.

Awesome way to jumpstart Smackdown ratings right off the bat.

Forget Darren Young, let's make Smackdown great again.

All things considered, with Raw ratings where they are, Smackdown going live, having minimal TV competition, only being 2 hours, and Monday Night Football on the horizon, I would not be even remotely surprised to see Smackdown overtake Raw by winter.

So we have like a month of them just filling time? Looking forward to it!

I hope Reigns and the Usos are on the same show, preferably one that I don't need to watch.
Superstars should do it.

I almost wish they would scrap the normal show format for something more like the NFL or NBA draft shows. Have a roundtable discussing the top picks still available, the Raw and SmackDown GMs come out and announce their next pick every 5 minutes or so, throw in some last minute trades to keep tag teams or factions together, blockbuster signings like an Angle or an NXT call-up like Joe, Nakamura, or Balor, etc.
Okay, maybe it wouldn't work on live TV but if they did it as a live WWE Network special I would watch.

I really need them to do it like the first one in 2002. That was one only good draft. Each GM had a war room, they were shown toiling over all the great choices, each got to choose who they wanted, and the locker room was shown reacting. I HATED the random drafts where there was a match and the winner's side got some random guy. Like 'Triple H wins a pick for raw, turn on the Draftmaster 3001!....... and Raw gets David Otunga!', which was pretty much the worst thing ever to be broadcast in the history of television. They should try to make this look legit and not like some idiotic circus/game show. Do it right, and have Mattel release a new series of draft figures! Basic series, everyone gets a figure. None of that 'wouldnt you like to know' hot garbage.
Ok the draft figures are highly unlikely, but the first part needs to happen. At least try to make it look like a real sports draft, please!

I'm excited about the draft. I used to love watching these. I assumed they were going to do some on RAW and finish it on the live SD. But I was really hoping they were gonna do a live draft special on the network. Could have given us a two hour show without any matches. Just the draft picks and some promos from those who were just selected. They should do the supplement draft after the live Smackdown. They could the first 10 picks like back in 2002, and then the supplement draft happens right after Smackdown on the Network where the picks are picked randomly

I can't wait for the draft. It's going to be awesome. Can't wait to see who goes where, and who from NXT gets called up. The next few weeks are going to be interesting building up to the draft. its also going to be interesting to see which tag teams are going to be split up. I have a very strong fear they are going to break up Enzo and Cass.

No idea how this is gonna go to be honest. It could help but it could also flop badly. I wasn't a huge fan of the previous draft
