Legends 5 is positively iconic. Elite 23 has a better scan though. I'd put both about equal.

Legends 5 followed by DM then the WCW one. The other ones are probably passes unless you are a huge Savage collector.
Edit: The new Ultimate Maniacs one looks awesome as well.

E23 is literally the only head that looks like him. The others have a Jimmy Garvin face and Hogan in WWE2K15 levels of too much hair. The figure itself is good, but knocked because it came with no hat or glasses, but figure alone I'd say E23 followed by L5

I'm psyched for getting my E23 soon. I guess its not the coolest figure but it reminds me of the totally underrated Flair/Macho feud @ WM8.
