Since Spike TV will be getting TNA wrestling, this will be the first oppurtunity for canadians to see new Impact tapings in english. As you know probably know they have the deal with ESPN classics to run the old ppvs and RDS to run a french version of Impact. For me this will be one of the first times ill be able to see Impact. And im excited. I've seen TNA before i and must admit, maybe its just because its an alternative im not sure but i liked it better then WWE. Sure i still ahve WWE ranked #1, but there product they've been putting out has been crap, at best. TNA is an up and coming organization and i feel they can really hit it off with this new Spike TV deal, the only thing they dont have is the money to compete with WWE. Who knows maybe somebody will convince Ted Turner to try out the old wrestling thing one more time. There certainly alot of wrestling fans dying for an alternative.
So you can probably tell im a fan of TNA, but are you guys? is it something your excited to see or perhaps something you might check out, or do you not care at all?

I'm a big fan. WWE is always gonna be #1 for me(Since WCW is gone),but TNA is a great alternative. It should be great to expose there talents to a whole new audience.

the timeslot sucks, but I'm going to try and remmeber to either tape it or watch it. I can't wait for TNA on spike, ordering ROH DVD's is getting expensive I hear ya man. I'd love to get into ROH, but I just can't afford to order the ROH DVDs. I've only ever ordered three and that was mostly because I won them off of Ebay directly from ROH themselves. I'm going to break down and order Joe vs. Punk II though because I MUST see that match. I'll probably order the DVD with the first match on it aswell seeing as I have All Star Extravaganza II which features their third match. As for TNA. Yeah, I hope we get it on Spike TV, does anyone know if they actually have clearence to air it in Canada? I would assume they do, but with ESPN Classics Canada airing TNA it could be a tricky situation. I mean we got Fox Sports Net up here and they never once aired iMPACT. I don't really care for the one hour format, but it's the best they've got so more power to them. I hope they're successful, but to be a real threat they need another hour.
