Anyone else find it hard remembering what moves most wrestlers do when putting on figure matches? Like I was having a match with Sami Zayn and Finn Balor and I kept stopping because I couldn't actually remember many moves that either do, I went blank lol like i know there finishers and set up moves but despite never missing a Zayn or Balor match since they came to WWE I don't actually remember the majority of there moves when I'm playing LOL and I don't wanna do moves that they don't actually do so I just overthink and go blank
it's Obvs even worse with wrestlers from before my time, I really struggle to put on matches with those guys,Cena matches are always my best haha but we all know his move set so well Anyone else have this problem ? Or am I just stupid

For the most part when I simulate my matches I often use fill in moves like body slams and suplexes. I love doing the suplex move for some reason. But it also depends on the wrestlers skills and abilities. Like my Dolph Ziggler will rely on alot of quick strike attacks like drop kicks, arm drags etc. While Roman Reigns will have a more brawler moveset like clothelines, sambo suplexes and so on. I dont rely on what the actual wrestlers do during their matches outside of their signature and finishing moves. I even alter finishers where I see fit.

When you can't think off a move, always go to the outside and brawl at ringside haha that's what I used to do anyway!
So tempted to start a fig fed again since being on these forums! Haha but just curious is there any over 21- 30 players on here ? And how do you keep the buzz going when your supposed to be doing adult things like getting married etc haha That stupid 'your too old' voice in the back of my head keeps holding me back starting up again

Why play when there's the network?
I used to play 2k14 non stop until the network started and since then I never play. My son plays with the figures and doesn't do the real moves. He only knows some.

For me, most matches happen during bath time. Only problem is, soap gets all over the place, and in my figures' eyes...

I remember back in the day, my friend's cop out answer was always "Top rope leg drop?", i'm like "What's Brian Pillman's finisher?", "Bradshaw?", "Headbangers?", "Savio Vega?","DOA?", all top rope leg drops apparently.

I spend way too much time doing headlock, elbow to gut, punches or headlock reversed to back suplex or headlock, back up to ropes, push off, clothesline. Pretty much every match has a headlock. Pretty much every match starts out either with a slug fest if heated rivalry or lock up, armbar, forearm shot to shoulder. Gotta build up for the big moves. Don't want to come out of the gate with a super kick. Wrestling's all about pyschology. Build up, bring down, build up. Like a wave.

i rarely play these days but it doesnt happen to me. i guess i watch too much WWE TV? keep the pace slow, collar and elbow tieup , headlock, run the ropes, shoulder tackle, run again, lie down, leapfrog, hiptoss that sequence everybody does, brawl in the corner, heelish moves, brawl outside, counters, failed comeback by the babyface, rest holds, more moves, a counter by the baby face, a comeback sequence, clothesline clothesline , irish whip, elbow, jump to second rope, jump to top rope, cross body from the top! roll through , fallaway slam! crawls to the corner and sit there, boom! cannonball! throws to the ropes , duck down, get kicked, run again, elbow, sitting senton, but missed, german suplex, reversed, push to the corner, seperation, clothesline, t bone suplex, heluva kick, no he ducked, lifts him up, powerbomb, 1...2.. no he got his leg on the bottom rope, and so on and so on, hope that helps LMAO

No No No! You cannot compare watching with playing! Haha playing is all about being in 'control' being able to do what you want and even change your own mind during a match etc swerving yourself lol

I only play the occasional matches with pre-Attitude flashbacks, and since I've watched all of those guys thousands of times, I can pretty well remember how they wrestle. I don't really worry about how I'm going to start the match or move by move psychology. I do my matches more like a highlight reel most of the time. When I get stumped on what to do next, I just "skip" to the next highlight.
Also, I typically do matches with basics and I don't really have an issue with the limited articulation, I suppose because it never bothered me with LJN's or Hasbros back in the day. I let my imagination fill in the gaps. Taking the time to pose my dolls perfectly to make a suplex look authentic just sounds tedious to me, unless I'm taking photos.

I'm that person that does the same moves in every match, for some reason I always do suplex's, DDT's and for Divas it's a lou thesz press. Watching this CWC and other Indy shows has broadened a lot of move sets
