they made an older Flair head in basic i think...so i imagine they want to do an elite w/ that. But his biggest match would be the retirement match vs HBK @ WM 24....and they already put those boots on the original DM for some reason. I wouldn't mind his retirement match attire being a DM. |

No point in Mattel having the WWE contract for us elite collectors. They are pathetic with their budget, absolutely pathetic. If they cant afford cloth robes for an action figure in 2016 they shouldnt even be in the toy business.

Pull the DiBiase Jr / E4 Jericho little color variation with him. Maybe the green/yellow combo then half light purple/dark purple short haired Nitro era look. Don't expect a robe in the Elite line, nor a World title. Be creative. Carolina is Flair Country sign, a generic WCW Nitro shirt, Horsemen shirt, anything.
I know they put thought into what they do. I don't want to slam MDT, but I read so many great ideas on these boards from collectors and fans who genuinely care about this product. I wish they would pay attention more

Agree. They should do a DM Flair from his retirement match, with a cloth blue robe and new torso and head scan (or use the head from the battle pack with the Rock if they want to be cheap) to match his age at that time.

You'd think they would make as many as they could. There are countless machos and warriors. Why not as many Flairs? Can't make a robe every time? Then give him the belt.

Im still in awe that we havent gotten classic looks of Hogan, Flair or Austin in the regular Elite line. Everything has either been a DM, or a store exclusive

I would use the same headscan (NOT cause it's cheap but cause it's accurate) and use the same mold that the Legends Hacksaw used and a soft goods robe. I'd more than be happy to pay DM price for that AND I'd be OK with no more Flairs. |
