I just started customizing and have done quite a bit in the last few weeks. I started out by just doing simple parts swapping. That lead to painting the figures. I've also painted some title belts. I would like to post pics of what I've done, but I'm new to this forum and don't k ow how to add pics. If someone could help me out by telling me how to add pics it would greatly be appreciated.

Welcome to the world of figure customization! To share pics, you'll want to get them on an image hosting site (Photobucket for example). Once you do that, you need to get the 'direct link' URL for the pic on that site.
Once you do that, create a new post and click on the little icon that looks like a picture in a frame (I think that's what it looks like) - this will let you insert an image. Once you click it you'll get a popup that has a slot for the image URL. Paste your direct link URL there, click OK and you're good to go!

This is my Prince Devitt Joker. I took a basic Finn switched him to a Elite body. I have more pics of him and at the moment working on another accessory for him.  |

This is the pic I went by. I looked at other pics of him as Joker and seems his trunks were purple, knee pads n boots were black. I decided to add a twist to the knee pads, boots, and coat. The first pic he is wearing Taker's hat which I am painting now to match his coat. I also have a buddy who makes custom belts making me a card like the one Finn has in his hand in this pic. Next I'm gonna research how to make custom boxes.  |
