It's still a 'work in progress', but you'll get the idea. I have to pick up another show case for my LJNs and Hasbros. :-) photobucket.com/albums/b1/bh_toysTake a look, and let me know what you think! - BH

That is an absolutely stunning set-up! I'm not going to lie, when I opened this thread I did not expect something so magnificent!
That is true passion man. I really admire that. So many people collect things but it is the great ones who display their collections with such pride and care.
Do you love going in that room?
I love the WWE stuff, but by far the best stuff is your Dukes of Hazzard figures and the vintage Batman series. Those blew me away!
Wow....
EDIT: I cannot stop editing this post!
I can't even believe those GI Joes! This has actually made my day man. Thank you so much for sharing this with us.
So much admiration.
EDIT Version 2.0: Again!
What is your goal with each individual collection? They are obviously incredibly complete and thought out - not to mention displayed as such. Are you going for the absolute complete set of each series? Do you keep any of the packaging?
I love that you have the figures out of their packaging - aside from a few. I understand why people do keep them in their packages, but I think there is so much more enjoyment the way you have done it!
EDIT Version 3.0: That GI Joe package with Snake Eyes, Cobra Commander and Destro is incredible! I wouldn't be able to resist seeing what Snake eyes actually looked like!
But I thought that in the movie, Cobra Commander was actually some kind of.... cobra? Maybe I have just a horribly vague memory of that great movie.
What a great collectable!

Thanks guys (only TWO replies?!)
My 'goal' for my toy room is just what I like. You'll notice on my WWE stuff, I only have the guys I like...... no HHH, no Funk, no One Man Gang for example.
And also, NO DOUBLES.
I see no reason to have more than one Warrior or one Hitman. :-)
As for the Joes, same applies, only the ones I like -and try to avoid the 'neon' era. :-)
The room has actually changed since those pics were taken....... I'll update it from time to time with newer up to date pics.
Thanks guys, especially 'archibald' , your comments are what I would hope to get from something I've spent this much time on.
I'm TIRED of seeing the SAME old pics on every site - I HAD to make sure mine was more unique.
Nearly $1400.00 has been spent on the presentation, and tonight I spend another $300.00 on lighting.
It's worth EVERY penny. :-) Mike

I am totally in love with the G.I. Joe collection mostly because I can go through and pick out all the ones I had as a kid. They were always the coolest figures to play with because they had so many accessories and had great playability.

More people should put their collection up for display. If anyone has any hasbros or ljn collections-those pics would be nice too!

Wow thats an awesome room and collection! The Star Wars cardboard standup is very cool. I like how you display the Star Trek figures. Nice DC and Marvel collection too. My dad also collects G.I. Joes/military figures but they're the 12 inch ones.

Mike, who makes that General Lee and where can you buy them from. I remember having the old 3 3/4" one with Bo. Sent it flying down the stairs and it survived, then an idiot friend sent his GI Joe Mobile Command Center after it in pursuit. Neither vehicle survived.
Your Marvel/DC collection is inspiring and I wish I could figure out poses that looked half as good (best I can do with Bullseye is make him look like an alcoholic).
Love your WWE collection and your Star Trek layout makes me wish I had got into collecting those.
For you guys looking at the Joes and remembering which ones you had as a kid, I'm looking at them figuring out which ones I need for my collection.
Mike, who do I submit my cleaning bill to. I now have a pool of drool under my desk. ;D

Mike, who makes that General Lee and where can you buy them from. Try ebay. I know Modellers Choice had them awhile back. I bought mine about 2 years ago.... I think they've gone up since then. :-) Thanks again for the kind words guys. Once I'm 'done', or at least have my one remaining wall done, I'll be sure to update this. :-) Mike

That's a really nice setup for your collection, hopefully when I get the space and time I can display my collection and post it as well. Very nice collection of GI Joe's and Marvel Legends. I don't think I have enough of those stands for my Joe's which is why I keep them in one of those collector's cases from back when I was a kid. And it's good to see that most of those Joe's are from the early 80's and not the newer ones. Gotta love those original Joe's with the "Kung Fu grip". I also didn't know how good the Marvel Legends look mounted on the wall like that. I know it says on the package that they are wall mountable, but I really never tried it with mine. Anyways, your display room is really organized and professionally done. It truly captures the fun, dedication, and love of toy collecting.

It's sweet that you only got toys you personally like, instead of aiming for 'The Super Collection'...which it still turned out to be.
Loving the Roddy Piper merchandise.
