I agree it's an awesome figure. I just wish I didn't have to return it twice already due to an excess paint blotch on his chest the first time. Yesterday I had to return the second one due to one of the knees pads looking about 10 years older and faded than the the other one. Plus he he had a big gap in one of his thigh joints that annoyed the heck out of me. Hopefully the third one will be fine when it arrives.

I think it's a great figure, I don't get the hate. Your paying $25+ tax for something thats not even worth $18. So enjoy paying more money for a big shiny box and the air inside it. If your ok with that then by all means, but me i am not drinking that kool-aid.

When the Proto pics were released I said I hated it. But when I saw at retail I had to grab it. I'm a MOC collector, I think it looks good on display.

So it's all in what you like and what you want to spend your money on.

I think a lot of the complaints beside the price are the quality issues. There's so many of those warriors that have go bed paint on the back, chips, paint not covering all the areas that needed flesh paint, etc
I've found one retail that actually looks acceptable paint wise

I like it, but the price is wrong and it could have easily been in the elite like every figure in this reboot. Mattel is just using the DM name to skin a few extra bones.
I'll get the figure at some point, but it will most definitely be below retail price and on a secondary market. Just in high on my list of priorities (Gotta Find X-men Legends Deadpool)

I just think Kmart traumatized many with that e26 Warrior. I got this DM for $20 and absolutely love the figure. It's one of those that feels better in hand.

Also, it's essentially a repaint of a figure that clogged shelves -- and still does to this day at Kmarts. Doesn't haunt any of the K-marts near me. I've never seen that figure in any California K-Mart.

I love it. But I won't be pulling the trigger on it until it's $19.99 or lower though.

The hate is not directed toward the figure , the hate is directed toward the line mattel decided to release, let be honest it didn't need to be released as a dm , if this figure was released in the elite or hof line it would sell , but it doesn't warrant a $25.00 with minimal to no accessories.

Yeah that poor E26, its a really good figure imo, it obviously didn't help that they were distributing cases of just that figure after Warrior passed, when it first appeared near me it didn't last long at all, it came and went almost straight away, I very much doubt we will ever see another scenario like it, forgetting E32 of course

It's a sweet figure no matter what kind of box it's in and well worth the price.

It's such a forgettable and un-deserving release.

It's such a forgettable and un-deserving release. Not to those who buy it

Until I saw the DM Cena, I was beginning to wonder if there were any changes to using Warrior's likeness after he passed. As in, maybe his wife negotiationed a higher contract to be used now that he was gone. He was crazy detailed on how his image was displayed to the masses. She gives me the same impression. I'm guessing I was very wrong.

I am happy with it. I guess people are may be griping that the Ultimate Manics was not a "defining" moment of warior's career.

It's an awesome looking figure, but nowhere near Defining Moment status in value or the "moment" itself (A short lived tag team that lasted as long as MexAmerica)
That said, it's a great looking figure in terms of deco, but just not a good value.

I think they did a great job on it. But I just wasn't a fan of Warrior in singlets. Me either. I'm glad they made this one though because it was my favorite of his singlet attires and saves me from having to customize a Ryback body into one lol. The only other singlet that I would be interested in is the one he wore when him and Savage wrestled the Nasty Boys before SummerSlam 92. But the only reason I want it is because I was there that night, for my first live wrestling show.

I don't hate it at all. I'm just not willing to pay an extra 5 bucks for it. If I find it on clearance, I definitely will buy it.
