Someone ask if softer kneepads are gonna become the new norm please ! Damn JBLs legs. I was hoping for another cheat elite style fig We talked about knee pads briefly, all that was mentioned is that the plastic has gotten way more flexible compared to when they started. But not sure if it will be a normal thing going forward i don't like this, too many kneepads I've swapped split during the process. |

I'm not sure how I feel about the majority of those figures with new headscans; the only scan I'm looking forward to is that Orton. I'm most excited for Zayn and Macho Man.

Sweet. I hope it is! Really cool that youve gotten to talk to Bill about so much He was really cool! Let me pick stuff up, move it for some pics, etc.. You can really tell he has a passion for this just from having a conversation about it. I didn't want to stand there and read questions off a list, I took the conversation approach lol I could talk wrestling and figures with him all damn day! You gonna be there tomorrow too? Maybe try to have another nice long talk with him  he really seems like a cool dude and a massive wrestling fan ! I've never been more into collecting than I am right now I'm sure you've seen the love for TNF2 Macho , but the displeasure for the shirt , maybe tomorrow see if he noticed , and is thinking about changing the style or material of the shirt ? He never wrestled without it and all. |

Day 1 report... Asked about WCW belts and ECW belts - they're always trying to acquire the rights to do the belts, but nothing yet Asked about the alternative ECW heavyweight title - still can't find placement for it yet No rights to do dreamer yet He would love to work on a Goldberg, I mentioned "that means you haven't yet", and then he grinned at me.. Such a tease! Haha no confirmation Asked about Shawn Michaels IYH & WM12 elites - Shawn Michaels is always a priority and will consistently be placed throughout the lines since he has so many great attires. No confirmation on these tho Bayley Spotlight should hit this holiday season, it's supposed to be tied into a holiday promotion with TRU. Also, the headsculp was taken from the show Breaking Ground. (I failed to take a pic of the back of the box, will tomorrow if he has her out) The clear stands he uses to display the figures at these events do NOT have peg holes, the figure feet are glued to the plastic stand I asked about display stands - the didn't sell well, so production stopped. I told him numerous times there was a high demand for them now! So use your voices and let him know so that they can bring em back! The figure he is/was most excited working on was Asuka - he just got the first proto back last week, but needs more changes before being shown Asked about length of time he spends on the actual design work of a figure - it can take up to 5-6 months for a brand new figure/character. However Repaints he can knock out within a day or so Few notes... The new basic Balor (I believe he said basic 67?) is highly likely to be changed to small knee pads. This is also the first real scan of Finn. I was on Twitter when I saw the Macho Man figure that was sent to me by a friend. I just had to come here and personally thank MattelDesignTeam for making my 2nd most wanted figure. I NEVER thought this would get made. I don't care what anyone says about this run, I personally love it. I cannot thank Bill enough for getting this out there. My only concern is that I hope he is given a more tan skin type and the shirt is changed to mesh akin to the Elite Flashback Christian. I already have that, so it's not a dealbreaker by any means, but it would be appreciated. Other than that, great, great job. I literally gasped and squealed when I saw it, I'm not afraid to admit lol. Can't wait to buy two. DAD |

Wow. Lots of cool stuff. I want Finn and Harper for the new heads. The elite Bayley, Finn and Sami are great. Love Sami's shirt. Naomi, Bryan, Cesaro, and JBL are all gets too. Wish HHH had the hHh trunks, but sledge and water bottle might sell me.
Edit: also Team Madness and Ultimate Maniacs might be my first Macho Man passes.
