some of this stuff is just blown out of proportion. why not just take the tip of one of your finger nails and scrape/rub it off?

That's a easy fix with some goof off and a q-tip Luckily it's not closer to the eye Goof Off is Potent stuff. I used it to get caked on sticker residue off a plastic truck I bought at a thrift store and It worked. Nearly ate the finish off the plastic though

Contact Mattel, they will likely give you a voucher for what you paid... That RSC does not accept.. And can only be used at retail.. Which a lot of stores give hassle redeeming. So.. Yeah get the voucher and hope to find it at retail They'll give you a check if you ask for it

You're one of the first people to own this figure and are upset about a little paint smudge? Yeah it sucks that it was on the face but it's fixed now right? Paint smudges are so easily fixable. I don't really ever see them as a major issue unless they are BIG errors It doesn't matter if I'm the first, 50th or 1000th. Mattel is a major company and having someone pay money for something and open it having any issue is not acceptable let alone a blotch of black on her face. I didn't know how to fix it and thanks to the board I did. Not everyone knows that.

I was expecting the figure to be broken out of the package honestly... ...I guess "my Elite Sasha has a small paint-mark on her cheek!!" doesn't have the same impact...

If you can't get it off with nail polish remover or anything, the only thing you could do is call Mattel customer service. They'll send you a voucher worth the price you paid for it and then you can buy a new one in stores. The only thing it that Sasha might not hit retail for who knows how long.

There are some mentalities on this board that flat out confuse me sometimes
"Just get some nail polish remover and rub it off" Yeah, ALRIGHT. I just paid $25 for a toy, and now I've gotta go to the effort of fixing a production problem that I shouldn't have to deal with? Great, excellent suggestion
This comes just a couple of days after I saw someone suggest "Just buy the Basic Samoa Joe" to remedy the fact that the hands on the new Elite are flimsy to the point of almost falling off. Paying $15 for another figure to fix the original figure just because someone didn't do their job properly?
I think the expression is.... Kool Aid

Yeah I try to use it when nobody is home, because of the smell.
