Ambrose vs Ziggler is not huge, Ric. It's barely a top of the hour Raw match.

You can't take Flair's words to heart. He's on the company payroll and he's playing the game. It's like Hogan when he was on the payroll. Every time he was on a radio show or podcast, he would praise Bryan and whoever WWE positioned as the top guys. Bryan was basically a 'vanilla midget 20 years later, Hogan didn't give a f#ck about Bryan, he was being the WWE cheerleader. That's what Flair is doing, and he thinks he's helping WWE get Roman over by putting the Nature Boy stamp of approval on him, when everyone is actually rolling their eyes. The fact that he said Roman can speak well proves that he has no idea what he's talking about.
I am not a fan of Bret Hart in any way, shape or form. This includes wrestling and as a human being, but I absolutely respect him for being honest in his opinions, even if nine times out of ten we are diametrically opposed. Flair I can't say that about. Although I don't blame Flair for pandering to his income (or far less eloquently, s#cking the money c#ck), I do feel he tarnishes his legacy every time he opens his mouth...not that there's really much left of it anyway. A Nature Boy stamp of approval means nothing these days.
As an aside, if he truly feels that way, I don't know what he's been watching. AJ, Zayn, and Balor have been killing it. Ambrose and Ziggler have as well, but Ambrose's strengths are not in his in-ring abilities and Ziggler has been a glorified jobber for the past year and a half, so on paper that main even looks like a steaming pile of feces compared to Rollins vs Balor. As for Reigns, he has no business being touted as 'the' guy any time soon. I'm no Cena fan, but he has a natural charisma, charm, and comes across as likeable away from his character. Reigns has none of that, he's just a pretty face and nothing else.

Moral of the story: if you aren't Ric Flair's friend, you don't deserve to main event Wrestlemania.

You completely missed the point, didn't you? Bryan was the guy at Wrestlemania 30, wasn't he? Roman is (or was) the guy now. exact same thing, different guy, two years later. He's boosting the guy. Hogan just did it better by not throwing anyone under the bus. Flair is telling people why they should like Roman, just in a misguided way. It's the company line, same exact thing.

I haven't listened to a word Ric Flair has said this decade.

Isn't Rollins technically a cruiserweight? He's billed at 217 lbs, so yes I believe that would make him a Cruiserweight. Sure does, or at least a lightweight. I remember Christian trying to get down to 225 lbs to face Malenko for the Lightweight Title (the episode where Foley and Edge gave him the chicken suit).

I'm surprised there isn't more contrarians in here agreeing with Naitch.

Shows what Ric Flair knows. WrestleMania 2017 is going to be main evented by a smaller guy, no doubt.

Think about what you're saying. The company line is burying the new main event babyface in the SummerSlam title match? Kinda like the time Ric was going along with the company line when Bryan was a new main event babyface:

I love Flair. But did he forget 5'4 Rey Rey headlining WM.
I forgive him, must of been on the booze.

I don't get the size thing in this business. We all know it's a work. Just push the ones who are hardworking, over, can put on matches, cut promos and espouse charisma.
This is why I don't care if they don't bring back the Attitude Era and that it's PG. Just be entertaining. That's all.
