I think he'll be alright now we have the brand split. But creative have been making a mess of him by being indecisive about what to do with the Wyatt family.

I also find him boring now. As soon as he lost to Cena at WrestleMania, you knew he would never really become a main event player. He lost clean last night. Short of a MITB win or something. I see nothing but jobs in Brays future.
His shtick it getting old now. He needs to freshen it up and deadlocks isn't gonna do it.

I definitely think Wyatt has a god shot at finally becoming a main eventer and world champion on Smackdown. The parallels to Undertaker are evident. Taker debuted in 1990, by 93/94 he was already Flanderized. He went through a long period of being adrift, underwhelming title run, trying newer and wackier gimmicks, and he became boring until the Ministry. In many ways it was clear sailing since then with the occasional misstep (squashed by Khali, ugh!). There's a good chance that the brand split will be the best thing for him, and I have absolutely no doubt that they will finally make him a bonified main eventer. I mean, it almost has to happen now, he's truly one of the bigger stars on the show.
It's Harper that I'm worried about. He should be treated way better than he has been. He should be more like the zombie Undertaker that took a beating, but never stayed down. He really should be the Wyatt family enforcer, the scary one, and Rowan should be the Buddy Roberts.

When I was drunk the other night I was trying to convince my mate he should become 'Biker' Bray Wyatt. A truly terrible idea but one I'd love to see once for some reason. His Uncle Barry Windham drove his Harley Davidson right onto the Sound Stage on Peach Street during a WCW Saturday Night show in 1993. So I can see Bray having one too. Plus Barry runs some repair shop now for motorcycles, so I am sure Bray could get one real easy if he wanted too. |

The Wyatt family have always been boring to me. They are more of an Attitude Era stable. Ministry of darkness kind of characters.

Wyatt constantly impresses me but i honestly woukdnt mind him off the roster... He always proves me wrong but he is a jabrone and hasnt been anything but...
I like his feud with ambrose in 14 involving ambulance matched.
Harper is the real talent hope he comes back strong.

If Zack Ryder can become Intercontinental Champion in the year 2015, and still have US and IC Title matches too, after all his career has been through in the past five years, then I believe that Bray Wyatt is still going to be okay over all.

They have no idea what to do with him. They had two perfect opportunities to reset Bray Wyatt's character and turn him face within the last several months - when he returned on RAW, and again when he was drafted to SmackDown. For whatever reason, they want to keep him heel, yet they don't have any plans on what to do with the guy. It makes zero sense to me. Bray is in the same boat as Cesaro - somebody the crowd has a natural connection to and wants to see more of, yet the writers can't think of anything for them to do.

they're semi-complex characters in a completely non-complex environment. the characters demand intriguing creative writing but become self parodies when they're given absolutely nothing to run off of and are killed off time and time again.

Wyatt and the family are pretty terrible. Decent talents, but the luster is way off. No mystique. The Cena feud was SOOO bad, it really looked like he would never recover. Then they did a little bit with the group, only to feed him to Reigns for months straight. He had Undertaker's arguably least memorable Wrestlemania match, right up there with the Show/A-Train bout and then was basically a vehicle to get Braun over, only for that to sort of fall flat. He's a jobber to the stars.

If Bray Wyatt is a jobber then so was Mick Foley.
From what I remember Mick Foley lost most of his feuds and that didn't stop him from being a top star and legend.
