With NXT wrestlers being inserted in the line over the last couple years and selling very well (with the exception of Hideo Itami) it seems there may be a market for current roster wrestlers that did not have an opportunity to have their developmental character captured in action figure form. Since FCW became NXT then anyone under these two brands could be considered. Would also allow Mattel to make a figure of a popular wrestler in unique attire. I am willing to bet that a Dean Ambrose in trunks and in NXT packaging would likely be more appealing to someone than yet another one of him in a wife beater and jeans.

NXT Flashback of Seth Rollins. It can be a Network Spotlight figure.

I remember finding Hideo Itami at Target during the holidays and buying him since it was the first time I saw him and he was the only one from that series there at the time. Then, I went to Walmart and they had about six pegs full of him, but you know what? The next time I went back they were gone. And this is the same Walmart that has had about ten of the Daniel Bryan with Wyatt Family jumpsuit and ten of D-Bry with the Che shirt and they just move them up to the top when new Elites come in and then bring them back down when there is space. So how is Hideo Itami not a good seller? I've not seen his figure in stores since it came out and at the time he was injured, so.... If you want to talk warming pegs, talk to Daniel Bryan and Walmart and Junk Yard Dog and Tito Santana at Target. That being said, I don't know how far Mattel could go with NXT Flashbacks. Obviously a ring attire Corey Graves is a must. But seeing as how they likely couldn't create former NXT stars (sorry, Chris Hero) there aren't too many characters out there now who don't have figures anyway. Do you really want a figure of whatever Roman Reigns called himself in NXT? Bray Wyatt was practically the same character and I don't think they'd make a Husky Harris figure, let alone questioning whether or not it'd sell. So for the handful of NXT Flashbacks I could actually see them making it will probably happen eventually.

And not just 1 but multiples of. He's on RSC right now for $8. On Amazon for $10. I wouldn't put him in the same category of the biggest warmers but he was never and still isn't that hard to find.

Wasn't he called Loki or something like that?? Neville isn't too different now than he was in NXT either. The Ascension would be neat if they could somehow slip us a Bram.

I would like any NXT Ascension as I am not a fan of the LOD red and black look. As for roman you could either have a leakee figure with a wild samoan style skirt and necklace or you could have an NXT one with trunks. This could easily be done as a basic as it is a very simple look.

IMO I really don't think anything from the 2010's qualifies as a Flashback

IMO I really don't think anything from the 2010's qualifies as a Flashback Personally, any attire/character that wasn't being represented at the time of production I feel is a Flashback. King Booker was a Flashback. Had the character in 2006 - 2007. Figure cam out in 2012. Any Edge released in wrestling attire released today would be a Flashback. If they made Shield elite 3 pack right now, I'd consider that a Flashback.
