Wait, I'm confused... Hasn't he been married once if not twice before? Did he get married again while he was away? I think he has a daughter so he has another on the way? Cool. The brand split and his return has been the best thing for his career since his Legacy main event run. Excited to see him get more support.

They were both featured in the Orton DVD. If this news is all legit, I could see Orton going over Brock at SS. Or at the very least, looking very strong.

Good for Orton. It seems like he is having a lot more fun since his return. I'm enjoying him a lot more.

He does seem a lot more motivated than usual. Probably the most motivated he's been since 2011 during his WHC runs on Smackdown. I'm hoping he wins at SummerSlam

He went to a drug rehab? Like just now in 2016 during his last time off?
Why do I feel like this isn't legit

Hope he flattens Lesnar at Summerslam.

I'm just taken aback by Orton being Mr. Personality all of a sudden. He was always so dry, and subtle. Now he's just like this crazy ball of energy and charisma. I'm not complaining, it's just been a little unexpected. I was expecting the same old emotionless, slow, IBS Orton.
Edit: Make that IED. Although IBS would explain many of those facial expressions over the past five years.

So, all anybody has to do is voluntarily go to rehab and they get a strike removed from a previous Wellness Policy violation? That makes zero sense. Everybody would wind up doing that, then, after they failed a drug test if this was true.

True or not I'm pretty sure he's going over at Summerslam

That's good, it's nice to remember that some good happens to wrestlers outside the ring instead of another death report.

Hopefully Orton is in the right place and matured mentally. So, all anybody has to do is voluntarily go to rehab and they get a strike removed from a previous Wellness Policy violation? That makes zero sense. Everybody would wind up doing that, then, after they failed a drug test if this was true. But the thing is, a lot of addicts won't admit they have a problem. They think they have it all under control. WWE tried to get Umaga to go to rehab, and he refused. And I believe (I could be wrong) they wanted Jeff to go to, but he quit instead. Orton's been pushing it with two strikes since 2012, and just now FINALLY decided to get treatment.

Of course Randy Orton is having fun. He has the same contract deal that Brock Lesnar has!
I bet after SummerSlam, Randy may stay around for the Smackdown PPV in September and then take time off once again until maybe Survivor Series.

I thought Orton failed one test for steroids and another for marijuana, if I'm remembering correctly. So, I wouldn't put Orton in the same category as somebody like, say, Jeff Hardy, who has a long history of consistent abuse with several different types of drugs.

i think that makes a lot of sense for the wwe to do that - it encourages the person to seek treatment.

Fair point about not lumping Orton with the others. Because I don't recall what his suspensions were for. But the point remains, not everyone is willing to go to rehab.

I think you don't get a violation for Marijuana, you get a fine. And now that it is becoming legal in a lot of states, that has probably changed.
