Ps4 too.. been thinking about getting it It's a great game, and it's not ALWAYS crashing. The worst of it is when you try to warp to somewhere just a bit too far away. Sometimes it crashes before you get to the base. Sometimes not. You're rolling the dice.

Haven't had the game (PS4) crash yet.
Spent my few hours of gaming last night mining and selling gold and gathering a few other supplies. Strangely, I never got bored of the grind, though it wasn't exciting either. Trying to buy a good ship. No luck, since either the ships I encountered weren't much better than mine, or way out of my price range. Currently have 750K units. Warped to another system at the end to hopefully find something more valuable than gold that's in decent supply. The moon I'm on has emeril scattered around and these strange blob things that give a "rare" material (can't remember the name) which should sell for good money, but it's way too close to the star in the system and I can't do a lot foot exploration due to radiation without quickly consuming other supplies, though I was able to refill my titanium slot on my suit. Was missing my planet with the huge gold mounds everywhere. Maybe the planet it's orbiting will yield better results.

Bought a new ship for about 920K Units. Much more storage than my startup, so I filled that sucker up the rest of the evening with fuel, gold, and emeril. Docked at a space station in another system before shutting down for the night.

Wow. I've seen a few odd twitching aliens, landed on top of a tree, and seen a weird 6-legged creature where the front and middle legs were large and muscular while the back legs were flamingo thin, but not like of the more odd things in that video. Game hasn't crashed once (PS4) for me, so maybe I've been lucky. Or haven't been to enough planets yet.

I'm hoping its just because my ship sucks but the dog fighting is bad.
I've crashed a couple of times but the worst error I got is getting shot out in space. My ship crashed on the planet and I spawned inside the planet. I couldn't get onto the surface so I had to watch myself drown for five minutes. I spawned back on the planet itself and my grave is unreachable because it was glitched inside the planet.
Otherwise it's okay. I've been trying to follow the story.

The story is incredibly minimalistic sadly.

It was fun for a few days. But once you realize that almost everything on every planet is the same, and every space station has the exact same layout, and all the logic puzzles are the same and repetitive it gets old fast. I mean, why go to the next planet if it is going to be exactly like the one you are on with only minor differences in the terrain, wildlife, and plant life. There are really no rewards that mean anything in the game. I enjoyed the idea of the game, but it could have used another year or two of development to add features and perks.

Anyone disappointed by this, maybe give Space Engineers a try.

Now that I stare at it...went through a few galaxies and then crashed a million times...I realized I just wasted 65 bucks on the collectors edition to a game that ...was just lied about. I'll keep it because well...the box is nice. Also you and your damn signature...browsed by it on my mobile @ work meeting and stopped paying attention completely.

Haven't been able to save much money in my limited time. Keep finding suit upgrades. Thankfully, I'm on a planet that seems to have lots of emeril mounds, and I've got lots of slots to fill. Multi-tool is okay, too. And, the weird. Last one looks like Billy the Goat from Spyro on steroids. And purple.
