Highly doubt it, just look at TNA and Orlando Jordan. Such an uncomfortable thing to have watch.

It matters not a wrestlers sexual orientation. It has no bearing on their performance. Whatever you're sexual orientation, you can be the top guy or the jobber that has a squash match every week. I find the emphasis on this really odd...

What about Beastiality? It'd be a perfect angle to bring back Kurt

I don't see why this even matters.

I am going to state this with pure confidence. Nobody, and I mean nobody watching wrestling would be interested in a gay/lesbian character. As long as they can fight and entertain, that is all we need. Much like how no MMMA fan even cares that the current UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion, Amanda Nunes is a lesbian.
Living in such a PC world is a massive detriment to society.

I think this is a fine idea in theory... The problem is that I have zero faith in WWE to do this with any shred of tact and dignity.
Being gay is not a "gimmick." Being trans or queer is not a gimmick. If they're going to do it, it can't be "a thing." Whether it be for a character or the actual person (like Darren Young) then the point has to be that it doesn't matter that they're "out." They're tough and strong and good at wrestling, and that's all that needs to matter.

Since there's the whole T in LGBT, is there actually any transgender wrestlers floating about? Never actually heard about any.

Well, that's what Kayfabe News once made up as a story, and it was funny to read. But honestly, I don't think there is. I know there is a transgender MMA fighter. She used to be a man and of course is now a woman, and some people in MMA have issues with it, since she does have a bigger build, bigger hands, and is stronger than the women she fights and hurts them pretty bad.

So more Billy/Chuck and Mickie/Trish type stuff, then? Because that's the height of WWE's sensitivity when it comes to all this.
What a load of rubbish. What the hell do I care whether a wrestler is gay? Just get in the damn ring and put on a good performance.

2 Words Dalton Castle One of the best gimmicks on the indies and is beloved by fans. That's how you do it correctly. I wouldn't trust WWE with it. But is the character gay? I don't think so. I think he comes off as someone who is confortable with themself and dors what he wants. Not gay. He even said in a interview with Sam Roberts that he isn't a gay character, but its up to the viewer to speculate. Last show I went to that He was on he called me gorgeous and asked for my number. It was awesome, but if that's not gay, then I don't know what is

I don't understand. The WWE already has (at least) one gay person on their roster, just because you are gay doesn't mean you need to come out like Ricco. Maybe bring Orlando Jordan back? Just because you are gay doesn't mean you need to act feminine. Likewise just because you are straight doesn't mean you need to act masculine (look at Shinsuke who does feminine mannerisms).

New gimmicks for Breeze and Fandongo. Called it. This is bad, though. Being gay has nothing to do with wrestling.

I trust WWE to handle this with dignity and class.
HAHAHAHAHA this will be terrible.
But as others have said. I would prefer there be no sexual orientation mentioned in wrestling at all. I hate when they focus on any romantic relationship no matter what the gender of those involved is.

I wouldn't be shocked if somehow Caitlyn (Bruce) Jenner ends up as a special guest on Raw too with this character coming to be.
The Jenner clan have a big influence on the E! Network, the same network that Total Divas and soon to be Total Bellas is on, and Vince and Kevin Dunn already look at Raw as not a wrestling show, but as a TV show. So to them, the wrestling is just a side attraction. The main focus will be on the characters. Which is kind of ironic since a lot of the talent don't seem to have any character anymore.

As a gay rights advocate, the only time there should be a gay character is if the real life wrestler incorporates it into his gimmick.
