Either one is fine IMO. I'd buy either one, or both of they made both. Haku is just more notable than Meng. I disagree. Haku was around for a brief bit in the 80s as a third string Heenan Family member and was a good partner to Andre. But he was literally lost in the shuffle with so many other personalities and big characters of the ra. Meng was an upper midcard WCW star for a long time in the 90s, appearing in high profile feuds across numerous PPVs and countless hours of television. Even once he drifted down the card to essentially being a jobber to the stars, he still had a lot more TV time and carved a niche out for himself where he was still considered a tough guy to beat even if he was often beaten. He's most remembered as Meng. And essentially his return to WWE in the Attitude era was as Meng, not Haku, even if they called him Haku... If that makes any sense. He was continuing the Meng gimmick. But I do agree with you, we need him one way or another. Both versions would work! |
