Agreed %100. I'm more excited about what's to come, not focusing too hard on the past. Though of course I am  ing hyped for Luke, Han, and Leia still so maybe I'm a little hypocritical lol. Same here......the return of Luke has me MEGA intrigued. Aside from a few spoilers that leaked out from them filming in Skerries in Ireland we know ZERO about his involvement. I say spoilers.... but when I heard they were using Skerries? I knew damn well what its purpose would be. Hamill nearly plunged to his death on those islands too......a member of the Irish film board actually did save his life.That's crazy. Harrison Ford almost died in a plane crash, now Mark Hamill almost died by falling off a cliff. Star Wars is trying to kill us.. The force is strong. |

so scuttlebutt suggests that Michael B Jordan is in consideration for the role of Boba Fett in his stand alone movie. This has of course sparked mass arguments and racial slurring across the internet.
Since Daniel Logan played him in Episode II I'm not even sure why Jordan is in consideration here(if theres any truth to it that is) but If I were his agent? I would advise him to steer clear of this. Jordan did plenty of damage to his own image constantly making smartass remarks(that Fox shouldn't have tolerated) towards the fanbase during the FF filming often coming across as childish and petulant like his mentor and good buddy Trank.
thoughts on this? personally I'm not inclined to think it will happen.

How could MBJ even be Boba? Disney has made such a big huge deal about the prequels being cannon and so why would this situation be any different? We know what Boba looks like because we know what Jango looks like. Totally confused as to why this is even a thing.
No real issue with MBJ being in Star Wars, but I don't know why this conversation is even being had based on what we saw in Episode II. Seems really weird to me.

I don't have a problem with a different actor to the guy who played Jango playing Bobba. A a whole movie with that aussie guy would be boring as hell.

That is an excellent shout. I actually wanted to know what Daniel Logan looks like now, and just see for yourselves how much he still looks like Temeura Morrison.   Now, that was the only photo of Temeura in a similar pose that I could find, so please excuse the fan mockup. But give Daniel Logan a haircut, let him get a tan and I think he'd be a perfect young Boba IMO. |

Everyone's all hyped up for this, but I'm just like  I like A New Hope & Empire Strikes Back, thought Return of the Jedi was a bit of a mess & a bit too dragged out, didn't hate Phantom Menace, though they could've done with less or even no Jar Jar (it's not too bad when you cut him out, but still a bit dull) & Episodes II & III, had interesting ideas, but were executed poorly. Also I really didn't like JJ Abrams Star Trek films, I just found them to be very dull. |

Got my tickets. IMAX 3D at 7:30pm on 12/17. So, so, very pumped. The trailer was unbelievable.
