Has one figure garnered as much discussion as this one? Starting with the speculation of what the SDCC exclusive may be, the reveal, when its gonna be available, when its gonna ship, when its gonna get delivered, all the way to figure in hand, there has to be well over a hundred combined pages throughout multiple threads talking about this one single figure? Having this figure in hand and after the head switch with Tugboat I can say really Im happy with this figure. My MOC looks good enough to display so figurewise Im content. Now Im waiting for Typhoon and Earthquake

My girlfriend just texted me to let me know I have a package. Considering that the only thing I've ordered in recent time was Shockmaster and Bret Hart glasses (which are being sent to my office), I am betting it's Shockmater.
Hoping at least one is in decent condition. Not sure why I went with two, but I did. Maybe I'll open the bad one--assuming there is a bad one.

I think a lot of that as to deal with the current culture of the forums. If you read a lot of these pages, especially from the wait between the order to shipping, then from shipment to delivery phases, there's no subtle way to put this... this forum has a lot of complaining, needy divas. There are a lot of useless posts and pages related to this figure, especially in this thread. Trust me, I can sympathize that Matty was a bit aloof to notifying everyone that it was going to take two weeks to ship, which users said was their exact behavior based on past orders, and in this day and age of instant access I can understand that it does seem like an eternity. I fully understand that its been roughly three weeks from the date it was available to the date its arriving in hand, and I understand the cost of shipping wasn't the price of one first class stamp. However once it did ship, it moved at the pace we all expected, or at least should have, for ground shipping. Mine took about six and a half days to go from Los Angeles to New York which is fully reasonable. In terms of quantity, I'd say this has a lot of pages going for it, but that quantity certainly does not relate to quality and that should be held against it. The last figure in recent memory that had a lot of users talking was the first DM Sting if you count all the threads people we making once they got their figure to show it off.

Got my 2 with my Beastman today. I've never ordered direct from Matty, no wonder they get complaints. No packing materials at all, 4 big boxed figures just jostling around in a big box. Luckily I ordered two, one to open one to keep MOC. One came JACKED, like really bad. Luckily the toy was fine and I opened that one, the other has scuffs but nothing like torn cardboard like the other did.

Mine came with brown packing paper. One figure is Mint; other looks like something you'd find at retail (minor damage).
Overall, I'm happy with it. Still unsure why I bought two lol

Mine came in the mail today. I'm pretty content with it being a loose collector and all. I considered leaving it in the package to display MIB, but then I realized I didn't have the space for it; I like it better out in the open anyway. Another reason I chose to open mine is because there was a noticeable paint splotch on the figure's chest. I used a Magic Eraser on the splotch and it worked like a charm. Here are some pics of my Shockmaster:

got my shockmaster yesterday. not to thrilled cause both figure carding had some flaw. from dings, creases, & one was abit crushed. so I opened the worst carding. its sad, I paid all this money to get crapty service. oh wells, cant really do much. can be worst, like not getting a set.

It seems that results are almost 50/50 damaged to nondamaged boxes. I'll find out which half mine falls into in a few hours.

Mine just showed up, looks to be in pretty good shape. Can't complain. I mean I already have for weeks - so I could. But I'm glad it's over. Good enough for me!

Mine arrived in the UK today too. Perfectly packaged. The box suggests it came from a fulfilment centre in Canada? Any customs charge? No!
