Just cost me $100 to check in my chair as a second bag to get it back to the UK... FML.

I gotta say that is probably the worst stadium I have ever been to for a major event.
-Literally in the middle of a ghetto -Ridiculous amounts of traffic and unorganized lines -Concessions were a joke, no ice at all for drinks (its florida!), could not find straws or napkins anywhere -the seats at least in plaza level were very odd. -Lighting rig blinded pretty much anyone in the seats from the time it got dark until the HHH/Rollins.
BUT, I still had a blast despite a really crappy venue and logistical experience. You would think these places have over a year to plan, but mayhem still ensues. Hopefully next year is better.

I have one more complaint. We were one row from the seats with the commemorative chairs. The people in front of us were brought down to the seats by security. The people told us they originally had upper leve seating but couldn't see. So they complained. They paid so much less than my group and got better seats and could take home seats. Unfair. I told a security and they said they couldn't do anything about it.

But seriously though, the blue and orange crowd lights were literally blinding. I was in the first few rows of plaza 19, a perfect view of the ring and everything but once they turned those crowd lights we literally could not see the ring or the screen above. They finally dimmed then turned them off once HHH/Rollins started but it was nearly impossible to see the RAW womens title and the Tag Ladder matches. Which imo was ridiculous.

Alright, how are people getting their collectible Mania chairs home? I hope I can take them on my shuttle and then Uber to a FedEx tomorrow with them in the trunk and ship them home. You guys have any tips or any idea what I should do? I made a thread a while back about it but I'm still unsure. If you can't take it home and need to unload it hit me up. I got it to FedEx and got two shipped back home for $110! Thank goodness, I would have been so upset if it was much more. But thinking about it, if they gave me an option to buy a chair at the event for $55 each, considering they came with tickets I would have bought anyways and that's all I paid to get them shipped, I would have still bought two. I think that was well worth it.

Yeah, that neighborhood was horrible as well as the traffic and drivers. And I didn't mind no ice considering it wasn't very hot once you got into the stadium. I got to the stadium about 2:45 and then stood under a police tent for close to thirty minutes just to catch some shade. After that I was only in the sun while in line for about thirty five minutes, and then the clouds rolled in after the battle royal and it was beautiful out. And even on the preshow, the giant rig and ring above the real ring kept me out of the sun. Such an incredible time, though! It was an awesome experience. A lot of police and security told me Orlando was very unprepared for the size of the events all weekend and were overwhelmed, but I agree with the fact that they literally had a year to plan everything out and getting around the city was still hell, especially Camping Stadium for Mania.

I find it incredible that they were overwhelmed when Wrestlemania was at the exact same place & arena less than 10 years ago. Saying that, I've never seen an arena so unprepaired as Dalla last year. Shamboic.

I guess things don't change much. I was just telling my friend Sunday night that when I went there for WM24 the stadium was a total dump. And trying to get out of there we had to drive through one of the scariest neighborhoods I had been in in a while. Although neighborhoods around stadiums in the US are usually bad.

I'd like to point out people dashing out into the street to try to sell you crapwas super unsafe. Not to mention I wouldn't trust the food a lot of them were selling. Just making the crapin their house with no health department inspection I'm sure. Annoying ass rickshaw drivers stocking you and going the wrong way down streets and trying to squeeze between cars. I'm glad I had club access as the lines for the bathrooms and concessions were crazy long. Took forever to find the proper lot to park in. I prepaid for a parking pass, but there weren't really any signs in the area to point you in the correct direction. I asked an officer he told me how to get there. Only problem while his directions were correct they had the streets blocked off. I loved Mania, but I feel like the Superdome was a much better experience as far as the venue itself goes, getting to parking, safety, etc... The city of Orlando really ing dropped the ball as far as handling traffic and control of people doing stupid craptrying to make a quick buck. I did see one guy get arrested for trying to sell parking in a lot he didn't own. A couple people got their money back, and moved their cars. I really hope the other three or four people didn't get their cars towed because of this dick.

Ive been wondering this time around, what travel package is a great one to pick since i think Smackdown is added as well. I wanted to go next year with my father (and my older brother if he'd help out a bit...) and wanted to see which package had a great view of the ring

Back home in Toronto. Had an awesome trip. If anyone is going to Smackdown tonight, I really need one of those mania souvenir cups. I forgot to grab one while I was there. I can send PayPal. Thanks!!! 😃

Ive been wondering this time around, what travel package is a great one to pick since i think Smackdown is added as well. I wanted to go next year with my father (and my older brother if he'd help out a bit...) and wanted to see which package had a great view of the ring I did the platinum, things I would say about it: Seats for HOF/Takeover/Raw were absolutely spot on, really clear view of everything on camera side. Could just be the Amway centre, but I was really impressed with it as a venue. Seats for Mania were also very good, I was about 18 rows from the front. Only issue here is that a) they were very cramped, b) you are up and down like a yo-yo all night when everyone stands up, and c) anyone who has a sign in front of you, you just want to punch them in the back of the head. Axxess was decent for a first time experience but don't bank on meeting many stars, Wrestlecon is 100 times better if that's what you want. If you have the patience to endure all that for 7 hours plus for Mania then go for it. If I was going to do it again I would do Gold. Same hotel, seats in generally quite similar places and a lot cheaper. Only thing missing is the collectible seat, depends how much you would want one of those. Plan your budget carefully, I blew an absolute fortune on merch, transport and food. If it wasn't for Uber I would now be bankrupt (I'm from the UK and uber isn't very big here yet).

Thanks for the advice. Luckily my dads helping a little more with the tickets this time around , so the Gold package sounds good. With Axxess, my plan was to do VIP. Since i finish school this summer, ill have a little more to spend than last year. I also wanna try to reserve a hotel near Bourbon Street, at least from Wednesday to Thursday before heading to the hotel WWE reserves, unless the one they're reserving is also near Bourbon Street (i really wanna enjoy New Orleans while im there since i didnt enjoy Dallas too much cause I didn't spend any extra time that wasn't wrestling related). For Axxess, i also wanna meet some wrestlers whose lines are shorter or do a day at Wrestlecon depending on whos there. I might also try to go to a couple indy events as well as long as it doesn't interfere with HOF, NXT, RAW, SD.
