How do you know it was HOF 4? They all use the same DPCI number so there's no real way to tell who is there.

They will probably hit soon. I love the set, Edge and Sting are must haves. I might get Booker as my Elite 14 broke but I don't need another Lawler. I wish they kept Jake in the set instead of Lawler, I really like that figure, Oh well I guess. In the UK we probably won't get them till 2017 but Sting and Edge will be worth the wait.
