Well Id say Im surprised by this outcome but then Id be a liar. TCU never belonged. They're a decent team that just kept getting really really lucky. People are gonna try to put this UGA team in the convo with '01 Miami, '04 USC, '19 LSU and UGA is good, DAMN GOOD but I dont think they belong in that convo. Its no fault of their own, you play who you play but the playoffs got it wrong this year. They got matched up with a SOFT Ohio State and a mediocre at best TCU team. My final top 10 looks like this.. 1) Georgia 2) Tennessee 3) Alabama 4) Michigan 5) Ohio State 6) TCU 7) Penn State 8) Florida State 9) Utah 10) Washington I'll never be convinced that the 04 USC team should be in the conversation for best teams in college history. Part of the reason behind them getting all the glory was it was pushed by the media based on the 03 team being left out of the title game. The 04 USC Trojans had 3 games that were one possession games that season against teams like UCLA and Oregon St. Teams like 72 USC, 95 Nebraska, and 01 Miami never had close calls and beat really good teams. The best team the 04 USC team beat before the title game was 10-2 Cal. Auburn that same year had a tougher schedule (They had to beat a really good Tennessee twice). The expansion can't happen soon enough. All people are talking about today is how "(Insert Team) should have been in the playoff." Only in College football does this happen. In the pros it's always "Oh well the real Super Bowl was the AFC/NFC title game" and never a team that didn't make the playoffs. But in college it's always "This other team should have been in it." It's coming from multiple fan bases too. |

Idk if it was expected by most, but it is for me. Gonna be the same next week against USC. The defense and offensive line are huge problems.

Rough ending for the Devils, not much else could've went wrong in that last minute or two. ND's QB was a class act caring about the Duke QB before he even thought about celebrating.

Was hoping Texas could get the come back win Me too. Great game, but the defense was nonexistent and they left to much time on the clock at the end. Hopefully they rematch at the end of the year and Texas wins. |
