Not sure why Vince went to RAW, but you just made me think about Heenan trying to get into the debut RAW show. lol

I still find myself cracking a smile anytime i hear Gorilla say "he hit him on that external occipital protrubrence"......classic stuff. And of course The Brains interactions with the Rosetti sisters. Lol

I was real young when it was Brain and Gorilla, but I watched prime time religiously when it was the long desk with Vince, Hillbilly, Perfect, and Heenan. Perfect's faceturn is one of my top 5 favoite wwe/wwf moments.

Perfect's faceturn is one of my top 5 favoite wwe/wwf moments. I always wondered what would have happened with Mr. Perfect if the Warrior never got let go again?? Would Perfect have ended up turning face eventually and making a return back to the ring anyhow?? And if so, how?? The whole "Savage needs a partner and chose Mr. Perfect" thing just worked - dare I say it - perfectly!

The whole "Savage needs a partner and chose Mr. Perfect" thing just worked - dare I say it - perfectly! I was really looking forward to the ''Ultimate Maniacs'' vs Flair/Ramon at Survivor Series 92 then just a week prior Warrior was let go due to the drug scandal. the build to it was great it's a shame we never got to see it. Turning Perfect face though was the best option they could of came up with and like you said it worked perfectly.
I think if Warrior stayed they would of turned Perfect face sometime in early 93. Perfect could of accidently cost Flair/Ramon the match and then afterward they attack him to officially turn him. Something along those lines would be my guess.
Interesting enough if Warrior stayed, they had plans to for him to wrestle Bret for the WWF Title at Rumble 93. I wonder if they would of turned Warrior heel for that feud. What could of been....

Probably my favourite show ever! Absolutely loved the interaction between Gorilla and Bobby. Although it lost the sparkle with the format changes after 91 I still enjoyed it. Found a compilation of bits on you tube that's awesome too - Gorilla is on vacation and bobby goes to find him and ends up on a boat, classic!! Grew up watching it and I still could watch it all day long! They'd never be able to replicate the natural chemistry the 2 had on Primetime. Halloween and Christmas episodes and the on location stuff was gold!

I was only allowed to stay up that late on two night during school nights. Mondays or Tuesdays for PTW. And Wednesday for Quantum Leap. I remember staying up late just to see Big Boss Man vs Jim Powers (or some one sided match like that) as the main event event. I was always afraid I'd go to sleep early and Randy Savage would interfere or something amazing would happen.
I do miss those days. I still love to watch Gorilla & Bobby. I still tear up even mentioning Bobby. I feel so bad for what he's gone through the last few years.

Seeing Bobby today is heartbreaking. I tear up as well since I know these last 14 years he has gone through a lot. I'm happy though he still has his humor and can go to the wrestling conventions. If I ever met him I would thank him for so many years of entertainment and above all else I'd tell him that he is in my book the greatest manager of all time.
Long live Gino and the Brain!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Bobby back in 1998 for an on sale date for Nitro tickets. We didn't have too much time to converse with him due to the size of the turn out. But i told him how much of a thrill it was to meet him and he thanked me for saying that but said "shhh....don't tell anyone else" lol.

The network is long overdue to add more Prime Time episodes. They've been stuck on March 87 for over a year now. I can't wait till they add the whole catalog on there.

I am sorry, but people only watch the WWE Network for Holy Foley, Ride Along and Unfiltered with Renee Young. For that's what the WWE wants us to believe, therefore can't put anymore older footage on for us classic fans.

I could care less about the reality stuff.
