Defintely Gorilla and Bobby. Lately I've been watching a lot of their old Prime Time stuff for the first time. For example:
But I still think Royal Rumble '92 is their best work.
"This is not right!" "I think it's fair." "Not to Flair!"

And Monsoon was on point when it came to selling the drama and pushing Bobbys buttons at the right times.

Ross and Heyman were magic in 2001 as was Cole and Tazz during the early SmackDown years. For better or worse I still have a soft spot for Mike Tenay and Don West.

Any Scott Hudson fans in here? He was underrated imo during the dying days of WCW.

Seeing all these great 2 man teams from the past really makes me miss the old days. Todays announcing is nowhere near as good as then.

Monsoon/Heenan Monsoon/Ventura McMahon/Ventura Ventura/Jim Ross
I've enjoyed other commentating teams but those take the cake.

I miss the days when then had a LEGIT heel announcer. Somebody who would praise the heels and make fun of the faces.
For my money there is no better heel announcers in history than Heenan and Ventura. Those two along with Monsoon could even make squash matches enjoyable to watch. Wrestling will never again have heels like that again.
JBL and Corey Graves can only dream to be like them two as far as heel announcers are concerned.

JBL helped when he came back but still not in the came class as Ventura or Hennen
