Sadly I knew We hadnt seen the last of Cena in the DM line, and I know he'll still get more figures to come.
This figure is easily one of the worst Cena figures I've seen. Mostly because it looks exactly like all his other figures only except this figure encourages kids to show their underwear.

Just awful really. Looks terrible moc with that awkward floating shirt. The face is a miss, the vest is crap and under detailed and actually is incorrect for Summerslam 2004, he had a white shirt on not a black vest.
I bought Warrior to support a struggling line but I can't justify this at all. More detailed vest or even, y'know, the correct shirt maybe and a US Spinner belt and I'd have got him I think. As is I'm afraid it's my first pass of a DM. Flair will be my second as I already have a blue flair DM.

And that vest is just so so lazy. Even the knucks are pretty poor too. If they want us to support the defining moments line they need to get back to high quality figures that aren't just a normal elite. These figures used to come with cloth gear and belts and stuff we wouldn't usually get in the elite line. Now they are putting warrior in the defining moments line whereas macho is in the elite line. Neither are defining moments worthy. |

That figure is completely inaccurate. Summerslam 2004 was match 1 of the best of 5 and not the clinching match. No Mercy 2004 is when Cena won the series. The knucks he wore were green. The boxers he wore were Celtics. The shirt he wore was a Blue Jays one. I know they couldnt do a MLB licensed jersey but they coulda put Toronto on it or something. Or make it No Mercy and give him a white basketball jersey with a red 32 on it.   |

I'll end up picking this up, big fan of Cena during this gimmick. I kinda see what they were trying to do with the face but it turned out pretty awful as its too chubby, hopefully I can just throw one of the older jakks cena heads on. Here's hoping someone makes the correct shirt too.
