Don't you find it baffling how UFC is putting all their baskets in one basket with Ronda? The entire hype about Ronda's fight with Nunes is that it's her comeback fight and they've done absolutely no promotion of Nunes, who could be a huge problem for Rousey. If Amanda destroys Ronda in one round, I think she's done. It's hard do a lot of promo due to the language barrier. They are banking on Rhonda winning to avoid having the same problems they had promoting guys like Aldo, lyoto, Silva, etc. |

I am glad however that the posters I've seen have shown them equally in proportion, instead of focusing purely on Rousey. |

And if she does win, what sort of fights does she want? A rematch with Holm? Cyborg? So what's the main event of ufc 208? It can't be the Holm fight! If it is the buy rate will be low! I think they're working on Aldo Vs Holloway for the main event...  |

I think 207 is gonna draw poorly. The hype has been horrible. Its on a holiday weekend. Sad...cuz Garbrandt/Cruz is real man. These 2 absolutely hate one another.

Its a contrast of styles. Cruz keeps harping that Garbrandt doesnt have the conditioning to last 4 or 5 rounds. Cruz better be worried about rounds 1-3. I dont see this going 5. This ends round 3 by KO. I give Cruz credit. His experience will keep him from the big shot for awhile. He will look for his openings for take downs and submissions. But the punishment he will eat in trying will wear on him and his strategy to outlast Cody will fail and he finally get caught, go down hard and Cody will finish with hammer punches. |

Now that Werdum won't fight Cain, maybe he fights Miocic at ufc 208 as the main event? I hope so! If Holm vs the Dutch girl is the main event a) I will be angry because I paid 135 for my ticket and b) the buy rate will be super low. Maybe lowest ever.

^ agreed, if that's the sole big fight they are in for a massively poor buy rate. They either need a stacked couple of fights under, or a marquee match above Holm vs Whoever it is. Werdum is still on the card against a nobody.
My money next week is on Garbrandt and Nunes both by TKO.

They didn't get a replacement for Werdum for 207. 11 fights have been announced for ufc 208. Typically they have 12 fights on the card- 5 main card fights, 4 FS1 fights, and 3 Fight Pass fights. So I guess one more fight is to be announced for ufc 208. Hopefully it's the main event of Fabricio Werdum vs Stipe Miocic 2. That may be wishful thinking though. If Holm vs De Randamie is the main event then ufc 208 should be free on Fox Sports 1.

He seems completely disinterested. Aldo/Holloway is most likely. This PPV is gonna be crap all the way around. Its stuck coming in after some BIG PPV fights, the holiday and the upcoming 209. Brooklyn will be lucky if Woodley defends his belt here. |

Cruz/Cody should be great... my money's on Cruz by UD though (sorry!). Anything could happen with Nunes/Rousey... I'd like to see Ronda get the win - but I worry she might be too aggressive again and get picked-off (like in the Holm fight).

Cruz by SD or UD...Garbrandt has looked superb but Cruz has been stellar for such a long time... I expect Rousey to be wanting to pick up where she left off, before the loss to Holm, but wouldn't count Nunes out whatsoever...still reckon Rousey by submission or TKO... |
