...so he would intentionally injure fighters (Khabib was on that bus too), cancel PPV fights, have Conor arrested (facing serious assault charges and lawsuits) and have a shed-load of negative press - all for the sake of hyping a fight which would have done huge business anyway? Right. The fighters that got hurt don't draw a dime, so I don't think he cares. Ask Demetrius Johnson about Dana white. Ask tyron Woodley. Ask a lot of guys if he gives a ...he may not care about them, but I seriously doubt he'd go so far as to plan or OK something like this that would cause actual physical harm to the fighters. And if it was all "to hype" a potential fight with Khabib, why on earth would you risk Khabib being injured? (...he was on the bus too). Not to mention: Conor has lost a LOT of respect and fan support over this... some have said they'll even boycott his future fights because of it. I don't believe for a second that the UFC planned or knew about it - especially if it was just to hype a fight between Conor and Khabib... there are far easier and less dangerous ways to hype fights.

Not only that, i doubt Dana would risk getting him, and UFC sued af if it ever came out this was planned. And no, the worst Connor could get is probation. He could also risk his work visa, and suspension from MMA.

Also - this happened in New York... it's hardly the impression/publicity they'd want to send out after years of hard work getting MMA sanctioned there.

Rose won. But it damn sure wasn't 49-46. Mma judges suck.

The levels of access he would have needed to get there, without security being on his ass, is all I need to know it was staged. Even pro athletes who have played there have said the same.
And khabib wasn't near where the bus was hit. Because he was told not to be. It all adds up.

Very unimpressive performance tonight by khabib standards, but this is long overdue.

Wasnt Khabib even heard shouting "Let me out the bus"? I believe Kenny is saying that Khabib was on the bus, but not near the front because that was supposed to be the targeted areas. Like he was told, for example, to be in the back right side of the bus because the front left will be hit. If there are any doubts though that he was on the bus, here's Khabib during a press conference saying he was and for anyone to ask anyone from the red corner who was on the bus to back up his claim of how he was on the bus, even to say that Iaquinta was there and can back up his story. Begins at 9:37 of the video. Oh alright. Thanks for correcting me

I think whoever manages to stay on the feet for the majority of a fight can beat him. Al had nothing left after being downed again and again in the first 2 rounds. But 26-0 is damn impressive either way.

Oh alright. Thanks for correcting me It's just how I'm interpreting it, I may be wrong myself. kennyw86, clarity? You got it 10000%. They knew where khabib was and went to the opposite side. This whole thing smelled of wwe so much I half way expected conor to come running down to the cage with his belt and have them stand face to face holding the belts high as the camera faded. Sidenote...is anyone else excited to see Andrade run through rose like a tank?

I wouldn't say he is particularly fond of her. Ahe beat his best female fighter. Joanna was someone people liked watching, and the belt and undefeated record added to that. The next title fight will likely be rose vs Andrade. That's a co main event at best. Even on a weak card. I've never thought Dana liked holly Holm for beating Ronda either. He looked happy putting that belt on miesha when holly lost. Dana white cares about money. Rose ain't gonna make him that. This is a girl that has lost to Carla esparza and tecia torres. You can't bank on rose. I swear, this board is made up of all the people in the world that didn't see through this. You guys are it. There are no others. Athletes, news anchors, ESPN personalities have all called this fake.

Hmmm... I go to various MMA sites and haven't actually seen anyone say that they think it's fake or was set-up(!). I can believe DW might set up or OK a confrontation of some sort - but fighters getting injured, fights getting canceled and Connor getting arrested etc? Nope.

Conor could have went slightly past the agreed upon measures...but...I doubt too far. Dana is shady. I don't trust for one second this was all conor. And I'm just being honest because honestly I don't care either way. Doesn't change how I feel about any certain person.

Holly Holm vs Megan Anderson has been added to UFC 225.
If Holm loses, that's 5 of 6 since winning the title. Is she in danger of being bellatored?
She certainly can't be fighting in meaningful fight anymore, can she?

Gaethje is done. 2 straight fights against guys he should have destroyed. He's lucky he is such an entertaining guy, so he wont be cut.
