This sounds like a shortcut to get PPV buys and isnt going to work. Some people just have it and others dont. The WWE has a performance center and developmental league to work on character development and wrestlers often go through multiple failed gimmicks and name changes before finding something that connects.

I know it was a scummy thing to say what Colby said about Leon's dad, but all the hubbub everyone's making about it made me kinda giggle because over in the wrestling world they have Christian Cage over here roasting everybody's dads most of this whole last year.
I dunno, just bored. Slow news day. Lol

I know it was a scummy thing to say what Colby said about Leon's dad, but all the hubbub everyone's making about it made me kinda giggle because over in the wrestling world they have Christian Cage over here roasting everybody's dads most of this whole last year. I dunno, just bored. Slow news day. Lol Colby Covington has got to be watching Christian Cage in AEW. Also, Sean Strickland lunged at Driscus Du Plessis and attacked him when they were both in the audience last night. I remember when guys on TUF would get banned from the UFC for fighting in the house, but Strickland will not be getting punished at all for this. |

Lol I think, at the end of the day, people know that pro-wrestling is a work and pro-wrestlers are portraying characters... so while Christian said/says similar things, it's not "real life" so doesn’t really matter. Good technical fight between Strickland and DDP... I think a draw would have been a fair result, but I don't have much of a problem with DDP getting the nod.

I'm happy Strickland lost and DDP vs Adesanya is the fight to make. There's some bad blood that needs to be settled there but the roles have been reversed now. |
