Why did Flair stop wearing green, yellow, pink, & white during his 2nd WWE run?
He only wore red, black, purple, and blue during his second WWE run

Probably the darker colours were more appealing to how his body looked then.
Would you wanna see Flair in 2007 wearing white trunks, purple knee pads and white boots again?? I know I wouldn't.

One of his numerous ex-wives got them in their divorce settlement.

I think we always associate lighter colours with Flair's NWA and WCW days. Maybe the darker and intense colours were a move from that from WWE to show different halves of his career. Maybe I'm reaching. lol

The darker colors suited Flair better for his 2nd run in WWE imo. He was in his 50s by that point don't forget lol.
I'll always associate the lighter colors for his runs in NWA/WCW and first run in the WWF.

But Flaar was in great shape during his 2002-2008 run with the WWE, he returned at aged 53 w/ the rarely worn baby blues, but I really liked his green and yellow attire. Someone should ask him why if he's still doing podcast? I also think The Undertaker, Sting, Tripleh, and Shawn Michaels should've went retro every once in a blue moon and broke out their mid 90's attires. I got a nostalgic feeling when Undertaker began wearing his 1997 duster in 2008. I would've marked out if Sting had wrestled HHH @wm30 in his surfer look w/ the blonde flat top and rat tail. Maybe wrestlers don't care anymore about appearance when they pass their primes and they just coast in complacency until their bodies can no longer hold up and they call it quits. But I'm curious as to why the hell they decide to become boring just because they're 40+ years old? Literally NO ONE has ever asked a wrestler why they stop caring about cool and flashy looks.

Look at Sting's head. He is balding, and his hair is thin as can be. There is no way he could even come close to having a blonde flat top now. The fact Sting still keeps his hair is remarkable!

Alright I'll give you that, but he could still get away w/ bleaching his hair blonde in order to hide the thinning hair.

Why do wrestlers in general choose to wear white? I see too much potential for it to get stained or soiled.

He said something to the affect of "I wish I would've known that clothes didn't matter before I spent thousands of dollars on ring gear."

I don't know if this was the reason, but there have been numerous wrestlers who have stated that certain color schemes get associated with particular talents during a period (like camo with DX, red & yellow with Hogan) and other guys are asked to avoid replication. Literally NO ONE has ever asked a wrestler why they stop caring about cool and flashy looks. Look at Sting's head. He is balding, and his hair is thin as can be. There is no way he could even come close to having a blonde flat top now. The fact Sting still keeps his hair is remarkable! I still think it was a mistake to put that many wrinkles and gray/thinning heads of hair in one place. It looks like a turf war at a retirement home.

I believe Ric Flair did wear the green trunks for a few matches at the very beginning of his 1991/1992 WWF run.....
I'll have to check later, but I remember there being some matches from a European tour on a Coliseum Home Video where he was wearing the green, and probably one or two matches on PrimeTime Wrestling.....
I might even recall seeing a photo of him wearing the pink tights at a house show (I want to say against Piper)?
I'll try to find some backup of this later....

He wore the green trunks when he wrestled Kerry Von Erich on Coliseum Videos ''Wrestling World Tour'' that came out in 92.
