Do you think he should go in the wwe hall of fame? I met him over the weekend and asked him if he would like to be inducted and he said he wouldn't mind it, but if he dies and they decide to induct him after that, he told his kids to not let it happen. I think he deserves to be inducted. He was one of the many entertaining characters they had in the 80s. I don't care if he wasn't a great in ring worker. Ultimate Warrior would have not been inducted if it was all about that. Anyway should he be inducted? If not why?

He's the only legend from the show Legends House who isn't in the HOF so for that sake i'd say put him in. I wouldn't mind it at all. But in all honesty they're are way more deserving names that should be in there before him.

Did he induct someone then? Cause I vaguely remember him being on stage at one of the HOFS.

Of course Hillbilly Jim will go into the HOF.
Just like every other wrestler who wrestled for the WWE or any other company that Vince owns the rights too. As long as you are on the WWE's good side, you will get into the HOF eventually.

Absolutely. There are far less deserving people who are in the HOF so I don't see why not. Jim was before my time and I was introduced to him via SmackDown Here Comes The Pain, I thought he had a very unique look and always loved to play as him.

Yeah if Koko B. Wear, one of the biggest jobbers ever, gets in. Hillbilly will too. Just a matter of time.

To this day I still don't get why they put Koko B. Ware in. Hillbilly Jim is way more deserving than him no doubt about it.

I'd be grinning like a Cheshire cat if he ended his career as a patriarch of the Wyatt family.

Hopefully they induct him while he is alive because if they decide to do it after he dies then he told his kids to decline the offer. He told me this when I met him in Queens recently.

Surprising he is not in. He worked for WWF for years. Started in 1985 and ended no earlier than 1997. After his ring career ended, he did the color commentary and really did work with/for Coliseum Video. A friend of mine from work ran a video store and frequently Hillbilly would come in for promoting the Coliseum releases and give free WWF tickets. Then he came back for the Godwinns. Not sure if he worked with WWF in a non-TV capacity past that but he's been back here and there. Never the greatest, but one who always gets a pop.

Yes, he deserves it. He was one of the most memorable characters in company history, and worked behind the scenes for many years after. I hope he goes in soon.
Side note: I will never get the hate for Koko going in. He was an incredible worker who was among the most popular guys in the company for a time. He definitely deserves it. Not ever inductee needs to be a top guy. As for the jobber argument. If it were up to me, a lot of jobbers would go in as their contribution to the business, while different from the big names, is still significant.
