That was one hell of a promo by Dean. A lot of truth to it as well. John Cena the political spin doctor.

I still don't see how the same writers and company who produce RAW every week also produce SmackDown. SD has been on a roll.

Wait, but what about when Ambrose took time off for the "injury" of when Rollins curb stomped him through cinder blocks? Or when he filmed for the movies he was in. What was that like 3 weeks? Kayfabe is dead lol

This is the Dean Ambrose that should have been here the entire time.
The dude is literally a license to print money when holding a mic.

I can't help but feel that WWE should have signed Kenny Dykstra. It's not a big deal at all, obviously.. and it's not like they'll lose any business because of their decision not to sign him. But he's a talented dude who is still young in wrestling terms and it would have sent a message that perseverance could pay off.
Instead of attacking Ziggler tonight, they could have even had him hand Ziggler the match on Sunday and start a programme wherein Dolph laments about how he shouldn't still be in the WWE because he couldn't get the job done himself and Dykstra continuously reminds him how good he (Ziggler) is and draws comparisons to his own poor career and Dolph's esteemed one before eventually turning on Dolph down the line.

Great promo from Ambrose. He's finally stepped his game up, starting with the match at Backlash vs Styles. I think a feud with him and Cena could be good, but it sounds like Cena is disappearing again for a while following No Mercy

WWE may not really think it, but he had a decent fanbase. I was only 12 and I was a fan of his, I thought his leg drop was so awesome

I think it would be awesome for the Spirit Squad to stick around a while. Have them be the Miz's lackeys or something. We could always use more tag teams.

I think a feud with him and Cena could be good, but it sounds like Cena is disappearing again for a while following No Mercy After tonight I'm not convinced that Cena is going away again after No Mercy. I can't see them having him step away again without some kind of foreshadowing or hint to it. They already did that at Summerslam. If Cena is going to keep popping in and out than they need to figure out ways to write him off and not just have him vanish and pop up like "Hey! I'm back and I want a belt/match".

Can we petition to change Slater and Rhynos team name?? Could they seriously not have came up with something more fitting? Like 2 Man Beast or Pool Money? If you're going to go silly like Beauty and the man beast, go all in with "Vote for Terry!"

Smackdown was an average effort this week. Raw possibly edged it this week. The promo at the end was excellent, as was the Dolphumentary and the Spirit Squad return. None of the matches were that great, but that's what Sunday is for. Can't wait for No Mercy.

No doubt Smackdown won this week. It was just a better show.
