the molded waist on HH is a little eye sore. was it that distinct in real life? i just dont remember it being that way. oh well at least we got them i guess. too bad they werent purple..loved that attire.

Best series in awhile outside of Cena and Rusev. Could do without those two. Give me either or both with another US title.

It wasn't that pronounced. However, weigh the options. They paint it on, people complain it wasn't an accessory, and they probably have to paint the flesh. Double whammy. They made it an accessory in the only thickness and material they possibly could, people complain. You'd think they couldn't win sometimes. I'm all good with it personally. Harlem Heat were always bulky up top and a bit smaller in the leg department, and this kind of creates that image for me. |

Why do people here feel the need to nitpick the stupidest things? It really makes reading the comments hard to do without rolling your eyes Normally, I would agree, but the "nitpicks" for this series are valid. Sheamus and Cena are both extraordinarily plain figures for a $20 price tag. There's already been a report of staining issues on Rusev, and there haven't been staining issues in ages. A sign of regression on Mattel's part? Balor is a beautiful figure for sure...but it's not THAT much different from the first Balor Elite. Those molded rubber tops on Harlem Heat are terrible. They don't match up well, leaving a gap at the waistline and there's always a chance they could dry out and crack at some point down the line. |

Some of these elites are becoming less of a value than the basics. Especially when basics like Tyler Breeze come with his unique belt mold and Adrian Neville with his unique boots but the elites just get a paint app on an old mold. Since I don't play with these figures, I am having a hard time shelling out for complete sets like I used to, just to have a few more joints I don't really utilize fully.

In the video the diorama thing looks a little crappy when all put together. The spaces between stick out to me too much
The figures all look good and individually on their stand it looks good.

I like that Mattel are including stands again. Im starting to run out of the oval ones, and stackable ones. I just wish they made them the same but with new logos. The interlocking is neat, but they dont fit with the old ones and that had to have cost Cena a shirt and new elbows.

Rusev's box says includes SG Entrance Jacket. The only thing SG can possibly stand for is soft goods. Idky but that really bothers me that they have to specifically say that on the box. I understand costs are a real issue, but the continued decrease in cloth accessories really bothers me because I've been collecting since day one and I remember sets like E2 where everyone had a cloth accessory and I long for those days again

I had a little more time now to stew on this set. It's more good than bad to be honest. I think there are no bad figures in the set, just plain ones. Sheamus is almost too plain with the most simplistic deco they've ever put on an Elite of him. And with only a belt and his history of shelf warming to support this claim, I think we've got another Mizdow or Sycho Sid on our hands.
Cena would be GOAT had he come with a shirt.
Everyone else is pretty much on point. Rusev is impressive and I hope I can score one that doesn't have staining issues.
