Joe vs Nakamura so much better than Brooklyn. Absolutely fine with the shock win for Joe. Interested to see which way they go.

Little known fact: During that show Joey Styles was fired from two more jobs.

the only thing i don't like is the low blow. joes a huge samoan monster...he doesn't need to low blow ppl The best heels are the ones that don't have to cheat. They cheat because they want to. See AJ at Backlash.

Nakamura/Styles at Mania, puh-leeease!? I would love to see that, but I'm expecting Styles v Cena at Mania, and looking forward to it. Maybe the next year.

As usual, Takeover delivers and tomorrow's show has little chance to top it. DYI/Revival was match of the night for me, for the last year now the Tag Title matches are amazing at the near falls and close finishes. I'm a huge Nakamura guy but I'm fine with Joe winning.

Thought the show was awesome. Only thing that was just good, versus everything else that was great, was the Dusty tag match. Still, with the cage, the spot off the support beam and the trophy, it was dressed up enough to be entertaining. I honestly thought the women's match was an absolute clinic. Those two made everything we've seen on the main roster this year look like ing amateur hour. That wasn't a hype match self generated by fanboys, that was pure skill between two wrestlers who know how to work a match with meaning. Even with that though, the tag title match was motn. It had the emotional element and a bunch of really nice callbacks. They did a nice job taking Johnny Wrestling's legs out and telling that story. They built towards a climax and then fired it off with all four guys in the middle of the ring. Just everything you hope for in any match, let alone a tag team match. Loved the finish to the title match. Loved the live crowds reaction even more. They were so great all night and they were stunned to end the night. It's a bit of a roll of the dice to do that thing with the live crowd but it was the right move for the show. I like Joe being a savage who just doesn't give af about anyone or anything other than getting what he wants. That's what happened tonight. Just loved it from start to finish. Bobby Roode is glorious. Self explanatory but I'll say it anyway.

Best thing about The Revival losing their titles is that they're guaranteed a rematch.
DIY Vs Revival 3: 60 minute IronMan Tag match.

Wow! This show shocked me in a good way.
I really didn't think this show was going to be great. I figured good at best. But wow.... that tag title match was amazing!! Those two teams just gel so damn nicely together. And with it being 2/3 really made it feel like an old school match!
And I was so happy to see Samoa Joe win back his NXT Title. The first two time champ! Plus I hate Nakamura, so I would have been happy to see him lose to anyone, but it was nice that it was Samoa Joe!
