The divas cell match should be in the centre of the card, have that the middle match, Have the PPV start with the men, and end with the men. But have a really fantastic 25 minute cell match with the women in the middle.

Kicks off? As in its on the Kickoff show or its the first match on the main show? Either way it wont be on the top of the card. Only reason why No Mercy started with the main event was because of the presidential debate.
