WM20 when Eddie and Chris closed out the show. I started watching wrestling in 1994 so I saw them from their WCW beginnings all they way to WM20 10 years later. This was a feel good moment for not only them, but the fans as well after years of supporting them.
They were like that eras Bret and Shawn; two guys who bucked the trend to become world champs. They helped pave the way for guys like Punk and Bryan years later. That moment will always be special to me, even after what happened with Chris.

I thought I actually answered this, but I quess not. So as many know this is one of my three all-time favorite matches along with Sting vs Flair '90 GAB and RR'00 NYC Street Fight. So.... Steiners vs Headshrinkers from WM IX are certainly one of my favorite moments at WM. Others are...
Piper's Entrance at the first WrestleMania.
Hitman vs Austin from WMIII
Benoit winning at WMXX (match and celebration)
Steamboat vs Savage WrestleMania III.
I will keep it at five.

6) WMVI: Demolition winning the straps for the 3rd time and that huge ovation.....unreal. 10 I will never forgive Vince for this. Demolition were beyond over, as popular as Hogan, Warrior, Jake. I can even argue during the same time period - 1988 - 1990 - Demolition was the most dominant tag team, having multiple lengthy reigns while Hawk and Animal were struggling to win the NWA Tag Belts. But Vince had a hard on for the Warriors, and as soon as Vince got them he readily sacrificed Demolition to get LOD over.

Yup.....His decision was also made easier by Eadies illness and subsequent injury. I watched both Eadies and Demolitions shoots....neither reveal very much about this period. Demolition were the joint 2nd most over act in WWE with Warrior. No ifs ands or buts......at the time Beefcake, Jake, Harts, Rockers,Dusty etc were all incredibly popular too.....but not on Demolitions level. Even as a kid I couldn't bring myself to turn my Hasbros heel.....I have always resented Crush because I identify him closely with their downfall. As a kid I couldn't understand why they were suddenly heels.....Vince should have at least organized an angle to see Demolition off. a Feud with LOD that ran til WM7 with a loser leave town stip or some such. although Rumors persist that the Ax/Smash combo didn't get well with LOD and test matches were bad.
