Personally how would you book the New World Order back in 2002 when they first returned to the company that being Hogan, Nash and Hall? What would you have done differently than WWE? How would you make the NWO really mean something in the then World Wrestling Federation at the time before it made its transition into WWE? How would you book the NWO as a stable?

I would of had Nash/Hall go for the tag belts and Hogan/Austin as the main event of WM 18.

I don't know if I would have brought them back in '02, but if I had I would have done everything and I do mean everything to sign Sting then also. I would have given him anything he wanted and kept it quiet. Then what I would have done is have Hogan, Hall and Nash running rough shot in the wwe. Then I would have Hogan with the help of Hall and Nash win the Royal Rumble. Then at WrestleMania have Hall and Nash win the tag titles and come out and surround the ring during Hogan's title shot. And just when you thought Hogan was going to win the title have Sting's music hit and have him run in and stop the NWO. Then the following night on RAW have Sting cut a promo saying the NWO had killed WCW and he wasn't going to allow them to do it in the WWE.

It's tough due to Halls issues and Nash's injuries. I would have kept Hogan heel? I kind of liked HBK joining but was rather pointless as he wasn't quite ready for an in ring return yet. X PAC was ok but would have keep Big Show out and Booker away. I guess all in all if Hall and Nash were good, I would have had it form more in the mold of the Kliq.

I honestly don't think there was ever a real proper way to book the NWO in 2002.
The whole concept of the NWO in WCW, was that it was outsiders coming in from the WWE to take over. So in 2002, was the concept being that the NWO were outsiders from WCW coming in to take over the WWE??
Plus with Austin, Triple H, Rock, Undertaker and Jericho all being there at the time, could you picture the NWO holding the WWE Title?? Probably not. And I know Hulk Hogan did hold it a few months later, but that was after the explosion of Hulkamania again took place, and fans wanted to cheer The Hulkster on instead of booing him.
But even if Hogan remained a heel, Hall would no doubt leave the WWE in months, Nash would probably still get injured. It was just doomed.

They were brought back to sell t-shirts.
There was no real way of booking them.
I would have done it like this:
Royal Rumble, Hall and Nash are helping keep Hogan in, we're down to the final four, Hogan, Nash, Hall and HHH when suddenly Shawn Michaels' music hits and he comes walking down the ramp to a huge ovation from the fans who have missed him. He gets up on the apron and distracts the nWo, HHH clotheslines Hall and then Nash over the top rope, we're down to Hogan and HHH, Hogan has HHH on the ropes, close to elimination when Nash catches him and rolls him back into the ring, Hogan can't believe it, he starts getting wound up when Hall gets up on the apron and throws his toothpick at him, Hogan goes over and starts trying to reason with Hall when he gets slapped in the face, he turns around and eats a pedigree, he's down on his face when HBK gets into the ring and starts tuning up the band, he gets up and is hit with the SCM, before he hits the ground HHH clotheslines him over the top rope and the Kliq celebrates in the ring. So, the nWo only returns for one night, Hogan turns face, HBK returns and the nWo becomes the Kliq. Scott is still let go because of his drugs problem, Nash still gets injured and we're left with the HHH/HBK storyline for SummerSlam. Pretty simple really.

I would start my rebooking at the night after WrestleMania X8.
Instead of Syxx joining Nash and Hall to continue the nWo, X-Pac has Kevin and Scott form the onscreen version of the Clique. Instead of Big Show, Shawn Michaels joins them sooner. Instead of Booker T., Triple H joins them.
Hollywood Hulk Hogan then forms an alliance with Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, Undertaker, and Kane.
They both could also feud with the Heyman Guys consisting of Big Show, Kurt Angle, Team Angle (Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas), and Brock Lesnar.
Another stable that could be added to the mix are the Un-Americans, Lance Storm, Christian, Test, William Regal, and Chris Jericho.

Its difficult for me to fantasy book this one. I'm usually able to throw something together but I struggle with this.
However....we must go back to The Invasion PPV. At this PPV you turn Jericho heel(not Austin) and book him STRONG. He dethrones Austin @ Summerslam 2001 and we get get him successfully defending against Rock, Austin. Angle and UT throughout the year.
WM18 is a re-run of Invasion with whichever faction wins the most matches being the final victor. You have Invasion leader Ric Flair(who is present from June 2001) vs McMahon in dramatic promos etc and its gold. Flair gets the backing from shane to force Vince into this signing and it all hangs in the balance at WM18.
Austin dethrones Jericho at WM18 and during Vinces celebrations the next night the nWo (Bischoff, Hogan, Hall, Nash & Syxx) come out and beat the snot out of him. Neither WWE or WCW guys are happy to see them and you go from there.
