First thing is nobody from the Heenan Family would have been added to complete the group. Not Perfect, Not Rude, not Andre, Not Bundy....Nobody! IF by chance they were to come over it would be all 4 (Windham included since he did go) or they would just have it as a 3 man group. Heenan would have very likely "sold off" the members of the Heenan Family to other managers if they just out right didnt have a manager at all.
As for whether it would work, like previously mentioned, absolutely not. Its not that Flair, Arn & Tully couldnt put butts in the seats...Its just not how WWF did things back then. They would have absolutely been fed to the likes of Hogan, Warrior, Macho just like members of the Heenan Family (and Jimmy Harts First Family) were. 25-30yrs down the road instead of talking about Ric Flair being arguably the greatest of all time he very well could be mentioned in the same breath as Mr. Perfect, Roddy Piper & Ted DiBiase as a guy who *should* have been WWF Champion.

There is no way they would have had all the titles, because Vince wouldn't take the title off Hogan then. They would have been fed to Hogan at the PPV's. As for members if they had to add a fourth member from the Heenan family it wouldn't be the Four Horsemen.

Very good point here. I think it's probably 100% right that flair wouldn't have been as big as he was elsewhere and probably wouldn't have git his hands on the gold unless it was to set up a flair hogan mania match th as t hogan would clearly ein. It just wasn't vinces way as shown by the way he dealt with Race, Garvin, Rhodes etc But still like to think if anything was possible and the above issues didn't exist how epic it could have been.
