I'm not sure if others have had the same issue, but i received the figure today (which btw does look amazing) and noticed a few QC issues. I know a few have already mentioned about the painted flesh etc, but another issues i found was the gap in between the neck. This normally happens when you cut open the upper body for customs etc, but not new figures. Anyone else have the same issue with this figure? image free hosting

It happens from time to time, sometimes heat causes the glue to let go. I see it a lot where I live due to a lot of heat. I would contact mattel to just let them know, they might even send you a voucher.

Wouldn't be as bad if they wouldn't cast in black...

Man, that's bad. Mattel's QC is crap lately

Mattel's QC has been horrible and they don't even care. In fact, Bill admitted it's probably going to get worse because of the amount of figures coming out.

I am mad that mine isn't shiped yet, I bought it with an early October JBL on 9/29 since I live in Utah, I won't get my package in another week and a half.

My E18 Taker is kinda like this since it was cast in black too to my surprise. This isn't a new thing. I wonder when they stopped casting Taker in skin tone, probably E14

You guys don't remember when sting fought the nWo and they cracked his body in half and black stuff came out? This figure is completely accurate!

I'll never order any Mattel stuff online anymore without seeing closeup pictures of the actual figure that I'd be getting. The QC has been really bad, and apparently from what we heard at RF, it's not likely to improve. This is the equivalent of being forcibly retired from a sport before you're ready to hang it up.

From what it looks like it seems to be that there's just paint missing at the seams and it isn't cracked open.
