Found all 4 this morning. Rang up as $20. I wasn't interested in them before, and I might grab them later, but at least they're bigger than I expected. I am a Savage fan so I must have Macho Mikey. What city / state are you in? I'm in Frederick Maryland. We've got 2 Walmarts in close proximity to each other, and the regular one in the northern part of the city that is sucking wind as far as newer WWE product goes is the one that got these. The other is a super center that got E45 when the rest of the country did, and they have no space for these in the TMNT section currently. YMMV.

I thought this was a new line like Mutants or Zombies but Ninjas. Lol It shouldve been called Wrestling Turtles instead of Ninja Superstars. Wrestling is a bad word with WWE

It shouldve been called Wrestling Turtles instead of Ninja Superstars. Wrestling is a bad word with WWE Yes and its stupid. People dont call what they do entertainment, they call it wrestling, as in "I am watching wrestling tonight".

Wait so wwe tmnt figures come with 4 accessories and a figure, yet elites are lucky to get 1 ?? This makes absolutely no sense other than mattel is nickel and diming elite collectors and we are paying for the mattel name ?? Can playmates take over the main wwe figure license then ?? I will pay $20 for an elite equivalent figure with 4 accessories...

The fact that you would ever ask for that shows you know nothing about how Playmates operates. You don't want them anywhere near the WWE license. With all the things you hate about Mattel? You'd have a stroke the first time Playmates released a wave of figures. Plus, like I posted earlier in this thread. Those belts that come with Leo and Don...are rubber with decals stuck on them. That's Playmates. They literally ONLY stepped it up for these four figures...and they're STILL not really worth 20 bucks a piece. Go look at all the missing paint apps on the Nick TMNT figures, the cheap accessories (or complete lack thereof), the atrocious scale (a character that should be the equivalent of twice the size of a Ninja Turtle on-screen is somehow SHORTER than the Turtles when it's put out in figure form), oh and plus...they will just randomly cancel figures on you for basically no reason. (Oh, and they are definitely not "Elite equivalent". The articulation on the Turtles may seem like they would be, but again...look at the rest of the basic figures. There are a bunch with around 5 POA.) So no...no, you'd be better off with Jakks taking the license back than it going to Playmates.

The point i was trying to make is that playmates made a wwe/tmnt figure for $20 with 4 accessories. If they can figure that out and not have the mattel name markup then why not give them a shot. Let them takeover and make a mattel elite or jakks deluxe equivalent in the similar scale with articulation not tmnt scale.

Playmates did wrestling figures with Lucha Libre USA or something like that and they were basically DAs. That was also what, five or six years ago, and that was well before Playmates became a shell of their former selves. There's a very good reason why Playmates doesn't have any big licenses aside from TMNT. Oh, and really...those Lucha figures weren't that great either. They weren't awful...but they definitely were NOWHERE near the quality of figure Mattel is putting out.

I'm guessing I saw this on the top section of threads that every sub board can see and thought Mattel had a hand in this. I'm sure a mod will move it eventually. That said, I'm not going to complain if it stays.

Ok thelastdude let's say I'm totally wrong about everything I just commented on.
Answer me this:
Why is WWE making all these side deals with other toy makers ??
If WWE was perfectly happy with mattel and sales are great that should not happen. It does not make sense especially that new jakks deal that lets them make wwe figures in foreign markets.
