Well, for one thing, he thinks it's Christmas all the time...

On second thought- You could build a bigger case against the Rock being responsible for head trauma than WWE, dude doesn't look to hold back at all. They agreed on doing stiff chair shots and busting open Mick the hard way before the match. The issue is that once the match got under way and they were going by the crowd's reaction and flow of the match, Rock overdid it with the chair shots. They agreed on four before the match and wound up doing more.

-- Or it could be a classic case of being put on the spot, in a smaller setting.
When there's a large crowd and the air is electric, sure you're nervous but you're not anxious. You tend to perform better (speaking from experience).
But when there's a very small crowd, and there's tension in the air, you're going to be both nervous AND anxious. It's only human to be distressed at this point.

Foley should never, now, be on TV every week. Haul his carcass out once every couple of years to get a cheap pop and then put him back on the shelve with the other relics. Foley is broken and should be at home.

Foley isn't as weak as many of you think. I was at one of his comedy shows last year and let me tell you that during the entire night he had the entire crowd in the palm of his hand and he was able to talk none stop without taking a break.
The main issue is the scripts. Let Foley go out there and say his own thing without having to try and memorise crap.

Mick Foley looks like a mess and needs to shave that beard and trim his hair. What Daniel Bryan said about Mick quitting in 2001 and went to TNA, TNA wasn't around in 2001, and made appearances after 2001. Foley went there from 2008 till 2011 Hold on did bryan say "tna" on wwe tv ?? I thought that was a big no no since they are still technically competition ??

Bryan has meantion TNA a few times on Talking Smack when AJ Styles was on and when AJ Styles was on the Stone Cold Podcast he discussed his TNA run.

In the Table for 3 with Edge and Christian he talked about an earlier return from a few years ago where he totally forgot his lines and had to go ask a camera man on Smackdown! what he was supposed to say. His line was "It's great to be here in (towns name)!" At this point we are watching his memory fail and it is disgusting to see. He has to memorize scripted promos and the order he's supposed to say stuff in now. I don't think it's concerning at all that he would forget a line in a promo, no matter how simple it is. Nobody from that era is a fan of doing scripted promos. Austin himself has stayed away from doing mic work for the company due to this reason. When you spend your entire life just shooting off lines off the top of your head and suddenly they want you to become an actor in front of thousands of people live right on the spot, anybody could screw up under those circumstances. You wouldn't have seen the interview mentioned in the OP, but Mick was asked if he'd like to work with Daniel Bryan and he just started a long ramble about how much he likes Stephanie. It had nothing to do with what he was asked, it didn't build the PPV, he just seemed completely lost. And it certainly didn't seem like everyone there was working from scripts, at least no more so than every episode of Talking Smack. Bryan in particular is pretty free flowing on these things.

Exactly! That's why I made this thread, because I have no idea what happened to Mick there. A simple question of "would you ever want to work with Daniel Bryan?" became this long winded ramble of how much he enjoys Stephanie?? But then Mick seems to always put over the women now, he has this weird creepiness to him when it comes to the ladies.

I personally enjoyed listening to Foley on the show and thought he was the best out of the four.
