Undertaker vs Shawn, of course! but....
My favorite is also when he fought Yokozuna and a bunch or wrestlers came out to jump taker and he held his own for a while until they over took him. They then threw him in the casket. When that video of him popped up showing him in the casket and scaring all of the wrestlers.....that's when I bought in to Undertaker. Classic

The Undertaker's career has been filled with so many incredible matches/moments it'd be much easier to list our least favorite.
And my vote goes to anything involving the year 1995.

1990-'93 were the best years of Taker for me. I was a big mark for him when I was 12-13.
A couple moments really stand out to me as the moments where I just pooped my pants over Undertaker.
1. Facing Hogan in the Gravest Challenge.
2. Getting his hand slammed in the casket by Jake Roberts and beaten with the chair.
3. Stopping Jake from hitting Elizabeth with the chair in the Gorilla position.

Taker from November 90 till January 94 is my favorite time period from his career.

Honestly?
Punk vs Taker at Mania 29. Amazing match. Amazing atmosphere. Simply amazing.
I'm sure I'd feel the same way however if I didn't see it live.

For me it is his whole Big Evil run. I never cared much for the dead man. But I loved him as Big Evil.

Undertaker coming back at Judgment Day 2000 with the American Bad Ass character was my favorite Undertaker moment

When he popped up on the big screen while he was in the coffin after his rumble 94 match. Did his sweet promo and then was raised up to the ceiling. At 10 years old I thought it was the coolest thing. Come to think of it Rumble 94 was all around awesome.

Classic Yea that photo of him in that casket really scared the hell out of me when I was a kid, I didn't want to see the video cause it would give me nightmares when I was a kid, but as I grew into a teenager, I decided to give this a shot, and although it's still scary, you have to admit it's one of the best segments in the Royal Rumble 1994.

Yes, but the guy raising up to the ceiling was not The Undertaker, it was Marty Jannetty, the camera didn't see Jannetty fly up to the ceiling, Vince thought it was really The Undertaker in that casket and besides Taker found his way through a trapdoor. Undertaker was in the casket making his speech, but did not levitate through the ceiling. Jannetty did.

When he defeated Hogan for the WWF Title at Survivor Series 91. He had one of the best 1st years in company history. It was rare to see Hogan lose during that period as well so when Taker won the belt it was truly a big moment. This. Was an even bigger shock since it seemed like Hogan would be feuding with Flair for the title, and suddenly this Taker feud got thrown in there. It was smart of Vince though. Taker was without a doubt the hottest heel in the company at that time. He was so over, that they had to turn him face. Look at that Survivor a Series crowd - I estimate at least a third were Taker fans.

Undertaker, along with Sting were my first two favorite wrestlers. My earliest memories of wrestling were watching the Undertaker vs Fake Undertaker match and Yokozuna vs Undertaker casket match on VHS all the time. So those matches will always be special to me
I also remember being really excited when he beat Sid at Mania 13. Everyone at that time was either a Bret or Shawn guy, but Undertaker was always my guy in WWF. So seeing him finally win the title was thrilling for me.

Undertaker vs Kane from bad blood 97 until their inferno match at unforgiven 98. That feud was perfect.
