I believe that UK rampage tour in 92' was the last time we saw miss Elizabeth with WWF? was that her last time? because she wasn't apart of summerslam in Wembley stadium, London England.

She last accompanied Randy Savage to the the ring during a match with HBK on that UK tour. It aired on Prime Time Wrestling during that time.

I watched a shoot with Sid recently, he said he left because everything Vince promised him never came true and he was tired of the ultimate warriors crap in their couple matches after Wrestlemania 8.

McMahon: "Damnit Pat how fast can we get him in the main event?" Patterson: "You want him to show up in the Flair/Savage match?" McMahon: "What the hell are you talking about? Hogan's main eventing!" Patterson: "Hogan and Sid are main eventing?" McMahon: "Who the hell is Sid?" Patterson: "..."

I think ultimately you'd have to assume that WWF would continue their "big man" path and not go smaller with guys like Bret Hart. If thats the case...
Sid could have been a centerpiece for the company, heel or face but I think he would benefit from a mouth piece honestly. Its not that Sid was "terrible" but his promos werent really convincing. I would probably had Flair turn face after Mr. Perfect interference backfires at WM8 and cost him the title. Perfect then goes and becomes the mouth piece to Sid and Flair takes up more of his persona he has/had as a face in NWA. Sid would win the title from Macho and then Sid & Flair would feud throughout 92.
Towards the end of the feud I would have had Perfect again swing back to Flair for a Sid-Flair/Perfect double turn. It would ultimately lead to a Loser leaves match where Sid would defeat Flair at the Rumble. Sid then would be confronted by the new monster in the WWF, Royal Rumble winner Yokozuna. Id then book Yokozuna soundly defeating (with a lot of outside interference from Fuji) Sid at Wrestlemania, possibly even being stretchered out. Then Yoko could run roughshod over the roster and around July after Yoko matches promos on the big screen they had back then would pop up saying "Justice will be served" and would book the rematch between Sid Justice vs Yokozuna in some sort of stipulation match (cage? Fuji in a cage? Fuji banned?). 94 would bring feuds with The Undertaker and 95 would bring a feud with Diesel.
I realize in this scenario Bret Hart is pretty much erased from the championship scene but realistically in a "big mans world" like I said originally, Bret Hart wouldnt have sniffed the main event scene. I would probably have him booked as the top IC guy though.

Don't forget you'd likely also have Luger to throw into the mix during 93
