I got mine for 50. So glad I never got into a bidding war for that one. By the way I wonder how many of these figures were actually made before it got cancelled.

So it looks like some of these were meant for sale in Canada and some were not.
If you look at the back of the card image posted above it has a Target Canada sticker above cactus and the one on eBay listed for £99 doesn't have the sticker

Is this the same figure that's coming out in the elite line? Yup... E48. I suppose this HOF one is probably only of interest if you're a MOC collector. So I think we know now why this got delayed and repackaged. I am going to guess, with the case being reopened, that WWE and Mattel don't want a current product to go out with Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka's name going out to retailers. I don't think it would be something as small as that... I mean, wouldn't they have just put tape over Snuka's name/some of the writing if that was the case? (like that had to with Cactus' picture on the back of the Macho/Dibiase/Hart boxes) |

I'm not in Canada so idk when they closed them down but look at the picture of the back of the box a few posts up and it says target Canada on it I mean if target Canada closed before the hof 3 set was released they could be fake maybe? |

We already knew why it got pulled. Mattel thought they had the rights to Cactus Jack but didn't, due to the weird legalities of Mick owning some of his characters and WWE owning others, and his tantrums and opinions affecting which contracts he'd sign. Now they do have the rights again. |
