The only figure I will get in e48 is cactus jack. I won't get it until I see it at retail though, if I find a hof3 cactus somewhere then I can skip e48 altogether. There'll probably be no difference on the figure. If I wanted this one moc then I'd be freaking out trying to get the hof one.  I'm cool man. I don't really even care about having a cactus jack. Just saying,..if I wanted one moc I would go nuts for the cancelled hof one |

And the Elite Cactus Jack debacle continues.... Still no sign of the preorder on Ringside, either. Anywho, anybody that finds these and decides to put them on the Bay will make a mint! The initial batch of pre-orders are sold out, they will return soon. Anyone that scalps these to make a mint is a dickhead. |

i dont condone scalping. but you can make a pretty penny on that as a super rare item now. the figure isnt but the figure in that packaging is. incredible find really. bravo.

Since Virgil will be busy with FB chowing down on some meat sauce at Olive garden, a stand in has been found for him to keep the line moving at his table.  |

Well, I saw that RSC posted the initial E48 Cactus preorder was pulled because of production issues. But that's the last I've heard. And I agree, it's a d!ckhead move, but most in demand figures have a hefty price. Hell, even Ringside charges more for those rare figures. And apparently, the HOF3 figure shouldn't even exist. |

Then next week rolls around and Home Bargains starts becoming flooded with DM Hollywood Hogan, The Hogan/Warrior/Savage 3 pack, and the Hogan/Cena battlepack and I move back to England.

I messaged RSC on Facebook about it last week because I wanted to preorder it as a present to myself, they said this in response... "Hi, unfortunately at this time, because they are not listed for Pre-Order 2 or Back-Order, I am unsure as to if or when we would have more available to purchase." Unless this is a canned/scripted response, I doubt we will see him back up based on this. |

Curious as to why there are these production problems with the figures in e48. I asked customer service as well and they told me there are issues in production so they don't know if more will be available.
I doubt it has to do with contracts or anything involving Mick foleys relationship with the wwe. Obviously because he's on tv every week and in good standing.
But other than a contract dispute of some form I don't understand why the issues are coming about. So confusing.
