I know I sure would love to see all the boards mez one:12 figures. I gave up on Mezco a long time back and then when I saw one:12, I just thought of sixth scale. I don't and won't ever probably get into the sideshow etc doll looking figures but these figures are awesome. Literally just scored the judge Dredd black version on Ebay yesterday for 20 bucks. Will take pics as soon as it arrives. I did however snag a Frankenstein!!! Pics: Overall thoughts: Packaging: 4/5-- the packaging is awesome but the figure doesn't display in it very well. Would really like to see them work on that some. Figure: 5/5-- the figure itself is beautiful. Having an alternate head is great and both look excellent. The clothing is top notch and fits the figure well. The only hindrance is doing the splits but you're really not going to pose the figure very dramatically. The double jointed knees are great. Would have liked to have had double jointed elbows and pivot in the ankles. The boots are sculpted all the way up. The detail in paint is superior. Really no complaints. Best Frankenstein i've owned due to actually having lots of articulation. Accessories: 4/5 alternate head hands handcuffs beautiful stand. Really would have liked to had a few more accessories with it but i'm not sure what else could have been put in. Perhaps a smaller scale of the diorama that mez has put up for sale or even a third head or the table he lays on as he comes "alive!".

Great idea starting this thread. I love this line and it gets kinda hard trying to go through tons of other stuff to get info on it.
Myself I have the Black Dark Knight Returns Batman, NYCC Captain America, and Shadowlands Daredevil.

bababooey Can you mail me the shadowlands Daredevil so I can review it? I promise to keep... er.... um I mean send it back. Feel free to post pics I'd love to see the Daredevil especially. How is the poseability on it? Does the suit hinder it much? I'm really kicking myself in the butt right now. I wanted the Dark Knight Returns Bats but for some reason when I saw them, I read the one:12 and then saw the figures and because this scale, to my knowledge, doesn't have many figures with real cloth suits, I just thought 12" scale. I never payed another bit of attention to them, even videos on youtube I wouldn't watch because I don't have space and quite frankly the 12" stuff looks like Barbies for boys. Then, I see the price of the Frankenstein figures and think..... well that wouldn't be bad.... and realize it's 1/12th and not 1/6th. Absurd.

Sweet. That diorama is badass but I prolly won't spring for it. For the price, I could buy another figure or two depending on what line etc. Never know though, your pics might make me want to order one ASAP. Really wanting to get the colored version of Frankie to display loose though and more likely will do that than the diorama.

No, you can keep it, but I am not tacking it to the first page unless people really start buying and posting pics in it. If it activly stays on the first page for like a month or so then I tack it.

Just got the BvS Batman. Easily the best 6" Batman ever. It is literally a mini Hot Toy but with far better articulation and poseability. I'm sold on this line.

Mezco seems to have pushed back alot of their releases which is annoying but in the end as long as everything matches the quality of this Batman I'm fine waiting a bit longer for them. If they get deep enough into this line it may cause me to drop Marvel Legends and possibly the D.C. Figuarts all together.

The only thing I try to be cautious about is how durable the clothing will be on the figures over time. Yeah, it looks really good and seems high quality but if it gets stored outside of the box on display, how will the clothing hold up? Also, I may do some mix and match and get some of these as well as the figuarts stuff.

I am not liking the BvS Batman as much as I thought I would. There's one thing about the body that just doesn't look right to me. Part of it I think is the shoulders, but there's something else I think is off. Like he doesn't look like his body is long enough. Pose him in any a toon pose he looks great, but just standing straight with his arms at his side that is when I see my issues.

I don't have it yet but from pics it looks like the bottom of his cowl sits a little weird. Kinda looks like it floats a bit and doesn't sit flat on the chest and shoulders and back. Is that the case or do my eyes deceive me?

It is a little warped outward in the front, but not enough to notice unless you are holding the figure in hand. Displayed on a shelf it’ll be unnoticeable.

That was my biggest worry about the figure. Now I just gotta hope it's not sold out by the time Superman is released.

PJ I've seen some pics/reviews where the chest/shoulders to me look too large in proportion to the lower abdomen but also where the belt looks like it is positioned too high up which makes the torso look too short. On some of the other reviews, I've seen it said that the belts can be moved. Have you tried that? I think the BVS is going to be a "if I can get it for a really great price" piece to add to my collection. I will probably be going forward with the figuarts on this one but I love the look of the nightmare Batman. That one should be an instant buy

Excited for you! I'm thinking about ordering one from Big Bad. It's a Lotta dollars and i'm waiting for toy fair to see if we get some info from NECA regarding a very close release on any horror figs or the anniversary terminator.
